POMPY SPRITZ II Limoncello Liqueur & Darjeeling Tea Cocktail
Pompy Spritz is an original cocktail recipe that I have designed for my lovely sister, who loves Italy and tea, as much as I do. Limoncello is a world-famous liqueur produced in the areas around the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi Coast. The Makaibari Darjeeling tea gives this cocktail an amazing floral flavor and compliments the citrus flavors of the Limoncello Liqueur. I created this cocktail especially for my sister to reminisce the lovely time we spent together on the Amalfi Coast in Italy.
