Healthy dal tacos recipe by dine at Home..
These Fat-Free guilt free Lentil Tacos -- loaded with the delicious cabbage , cucumber and chicken are the best you will ever taste, and easy to make while on you dieting or want to eat healthy yet delicious food , in this video I’ll show you how you can make healthy tacos for lunch or dinner without compromising on taste .

Ingredients:
For taco’s shells
Yellow lentils (moong dal ) : 1 cup
Orange lentils (masoor dal) : 1/4 cup
Split urad dal (Mash dal ) : 1/4 cup
Red Chili flacks :1 tsp
Fresh coriander : 2 tbs
Green Chili : 1
Pink salt : 2 tsp or as to taste
For filling;
Boneless Chicken : 258 gram
Tikka masala : 2 tbs
Lemon juice : 2 tsp
Cream : 1/4 cup
Olive oil 2 tbs
Garlic cloves :2,3
For dressing
Cabage
Cucumber
Jalapeño (optional)
Onions, tomatoes (optional)
Ranch dressing or yoghurt mix with herbs
Prepare Taco Shells:
In a bowl,add all lentils mix add water and soak for 15-20 minutes , after 15-20 minutes add all lentils in food processer & process well if needed add water few spoons or drops when lentils are well mixed add red chilli flacks, fresh coriander, green chilli and salt and again mix well if consistency is too thick then add water
On griddle or pan , spray olive oil pour 1/3 cup of lentils mixture and cook from both sides until light brown.
Fold taco in half & hold and cook for 30 seconds.
Prepare Chicken Filling:
In a bowl,add boneless chicken cubes,tika masala powder,lemon juice and cream mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
In a frying pan,add olive oil and fresh grated garlic sauté for few seconds add marinated chicken and cook chicken for 3-4 minutes or until dries up sprinkle fresh coriander & set aside.
Assembling:
To assemble tacos,add iceberg lettuce or cabbage cucumbers and cooked chicken chunks, Also you can add more your favourite vegetables drizzle ranch Dressing or whipped yogurt serve immediately.

Ingredient of Best lentils wrap | tortilla lentils | lentil Tacos | Vegetarian
White split lentils 250 g
Water 750 ltr
Turmeric powder half tsp
Salt half tsp
For curry
Onion small
Tomato 1 small
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
Salt half tsp
Red chilli powder half tsp
Red chilli flakes half tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds half tsp
Oil half cup
Fresh corriander few leaves
Green chillis 1
Whole spice powder half tsp
For Salsa salad
Sliced Onions
Sliced tomato
Sliced green chilli
Salt
Method of Best lentils wrap | tortilla lentils | lentil Tacos | Vegetarian
wash the split lentils
now take a pan and some water along with white lentils.
let it boil.
now remove the foam on the upper layer of water
add turmeric powder and salt
let it cook untill the lentils become soft
Mean while,in an other pan
Pour half cup of oil. And let it heat
After, sliced onions. Now fry these untill it become golden
When onion become golden
Add sliced tomatoes
Add Ginger Garlic Paste
Mix and cook untill, tomatoes gett tender
Now add half tsp red chilli powder
Now add half tsp red chilli flakes
Now add half tsp Salt
Now add half tsp Turmeric powder
Add a little bit more water to boil the gravy
So that it combine together
Add 14 tsp cumin seeds
Now pour the soft Boiled white lentils into the gravy
And mix generously
Add 1/4 tsp whole spice powder
Add some fresh coriander leaves
Lentils should be a little bit mashy and sticky
For Salsa Preparation
Take some Sliced Onions, Tomatoes And green chillies
Now take a Grinding pot
Put all the vegetables in it
Start grinded gently as shown
Now add 1/4 tsp salt
Mix again take out in a bowl
Salsa salad condition should be like in shown in the video
Assembling of Best lentils wrap | tortilla lentils | lentil Tacos | Vegetarian Recipe
Place a taco / chapati / tortilla / wrap on a clean surface
Now spread the white lentil on it.
Now cover the above layer with Salsa salad as much as you like
Then roll it gently.

The BEST Vegan Walnut Taco Meat
This easy meatless taco meat will blow away even the carnivores!
Just 8 ingredients needed and can be easily meal prepped!
Use this for tacos, quesadillas, enchiladas, taco salads, pizza and more!
Allergens: Walnuts. (Can be Top 8 Free otherwise)

Ingredients
* 2 cups walnuts
* 1 red onion
* 4 cloves garlic
* 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes in oil (*See post if avoiding oil)
* 1 tbsp avocado (or olive) oil
* 1 tbsp taco seasoning
* 2 tsp soy sauce (*See post for soy free options)
* 1 juice of a lime

1️⃣ Soak walnuts in a bowl, covered with water for at least 30 minutes. *See post for tips on prepping ahead
2️⃣ Drain walnuts. Put them into a food processor and pulse until you have meat like crumbles. *Be careful not to over process or you will end up with walnut butter.
3️⃣ Chop onions, garlic, and sun dried tomatoes very fine.
4️⃣ Add oil (or stock) to a skillet, and saute your onions until translucent (about 2-3 minutes).
5️⃣ Add in the garlic for 1 more minute. Sprinkle the taco seasoning across and stir to combine.
6️⃣ Add in sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for 1 more minute. Add in the crumbled walnut and stir very well.
7️⃣ Pour in the soy sauce (or substitute) and the lime juice. Stir well. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
8️⃣ Take off the stove and serve.
