How To make Summer Berry Pie
1 1/2 c Raspberries
1 1/2 c Strawberries
sliced
1 c Blueberries
1 Pie crust (9 inch) :
baked
And cooled 3/4 c Sugar
3 tb Cornstarch
1 1/2 c Water
1 pk Strawberry gelatin powder --
Jello, 4-serv. pkg 8 oz Cool Whip 1 tub
Mix berries and pour into pastry shell. Mix sugar and cornstarch in med. saucepan. Gradually stir in water until smooth. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a boil; boil 1 min. Remove fromheat. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Pour over berries in pastry shell. Refrigerate 3 hours. Spread whipped topping over pie before serving. Garnish with additional berries, if desired. Recipe By : Cool Whip :

Its hard to believe that this delicious pie requires NO baking. Use frozen fruit for a treat anytime of year. Keep it traditional or switch it up with different variations of fruit or gelatin. Very easy to prepare. Great for parties or potlucks!
Ingredients:
3 cups of frozen mixed berry fruit
1- 3oz. cherry flavored gelatin
1.5 cups of water
3 Tablespoons corn starch
3/4 cup of sugar
1-ready to use graham cracker crust

Super Summer Berry Pie
Berry season is here! And for many people, picking wild berries was probably your first adventure with foraging. But wild or not, berries are delicious and nutritious and we wanted to share with you a childhood recipe that is one of our favourite ways to enjoy them during the summer time.
One of the berries we are using today is the Haskap or edible blue honeysuckle. Back in the day, it was found wild in every province in Canada except for BC, but it was very tart. Since then it has been cultivated as part of the University of Saskatchewan’s Fruit Program and Haskap refers to these varieties.
Fun fact: Haskap is the Japanese name and supposedly means “berry of long life and good vision” (ハシカプ)
