????INGREDIENTS
1. KitchenAid Mixer or a hand mixer.
2. 1-Premade pecan pie crust or a Graham Cracker pie crust but remember if your watching your carbs and sugar I would use the nut pie crusts.
3. 1-8oz. Block of cream cheese (Room Temp)
4. 1-1/2cups of milk
5. 1-1oz. Box of the Sugar-Free Jello cheesecake flavored instant pie filling mix.
6. 1-can of the strawberry pie filling or topping (You can use the cherry no sugar added if you want) or whatever kind of topping you want. Or you can put fresh strawberries on top.
7. 1-Tsp of pure vanilla (Optional)
????DIRECTION'S
1. Start by removing the plastic topper off of your pie crust.
(Don't throw your topper away it goes back on top of your pie so you can refrigerate it when your done with it)
2. Now add your cream cheese to your mixing bowl. And I use my flex-beater to mix my cream cheese.
3. Now on Med speed #4 beat your cream cheese until it's loosened up good in your bowl. and back your mixer down to low #1.
4. Now add your 1-1/2cups of milk slowly add a lil at a time.
( Your mixture will look runny and this is normal)
5. After you have add your milk and mixed it in good stop and scrape the sides of your bowl.
6. Now turn your mixer back on to #1 (low) and mix and then add your sugar free Jello mix.
7. Now turn your mixer on #3 and mix the Jello mix in well until the mixture is thick and smooth.
(This will take several mins) when your mixture starts looking thicker turn your mixer on #4
8. While your mixing go ahead and add in 1/2tsp of vanilla slowly. Mix well.
(I changed the amount from 1tsp to 1/2tsp) (optional)
9. When your mixture has thickened turn mixer off and make sure everything mixed in together well. Your mixture should look smooth and thick.
And check the bottom of your bowl as well and scrape sides of your bowl.
10. Now pour your mixture into your pecan pie crust. I get all of my nut pie crusts at Wal-Mart
They have pecan and walnut as well.
11. Now even out your mixture and put your topper back on and refrigerate overnight or 2hrs until it firms up.
Then just add whatever kind of topping you like. And refrigerate again until topping is cold and enjoy!!!!????????????????

Strawberry Pecan Salad – Easy Strawberry Dessert Recipe
This strawberry pecan salad is a no-bake dessert inspired from the classic strawberries and cream recipe, and it’s perfectly sweet, light, summery, and ideal for entertaining. And it takes just 10 minutes to make ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ RECIPE BELOW ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
Ingredients
▢6 cups (2lb/900g) fresh strawberries
▢½ cup (50g) pecans - coarsely chopped
For the Dressing
▢8 oz (226g) cream cheese - at room temp
▢4 oz (113g) plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
▢1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup, raw honey or keto sugar-free maple syrup
▢1 tsp vanilla extract
▢1 tbsp orange flower blossom - optional
Instructions
To prepare the strawberries, wash and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Cut off the stems and halve them.
To make the creamy dressing, add all the dressing ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add the prepared strawberries to the bowl with the dressing and gently toss to coat.
Top with chopped pecans and serve!

Here are a few simple swaps if you don’t have all of the ingredients for this easy strawberry pecan salad recipe:
1. You can replace the pecans with any nuts you like. For example, walnuts, pistachios, cashew or almonds. You can use roasted or raw nuts. Avoid salted nuts to keep the flavor from getting too salty
2. You can use any liquid sweetener you like, such as maple syrup, honey or agave syrup.
3. Feel free to add fresh herbs, like chopped fresh mint or thyme
4. You can substitute cream cheese for vegan cream cheese, and yogurt for coconut yogurt to make this dessert dairy-free and vegan.
5. I would also try this dessert salad with grapes instead of strawberries!

I’m not sure there’s anything better in the world than a slice of delicious pecan cream pie. The rich, creamy filling, the crispy crust, and the sweet, nutty flavor of pecans combine to create an amazing dessert experience.

INGREDIENTS
6 ounces 9-inch ready-made pecan crust (I used Diamond brand)
16 ounces cream cheese, room-temperature
½ cup light brown sugar
⅓ cup pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed and divided
1 cup toasted finely chopped pecans, I used Fisher brand, divided
INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the plastic lid from the ready-made pecan crust. You will want to save this as it can be flipped over and used as a storage lid for your pie.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and light brown sugar on medium-low speed, using a handheld mixer, for 1 minute or until fluffy and smooth.
To the beaten cream cheese, add the maple syrup and vanilla extract and beat for an additional 30 seconds until fully incorporated.
Fold half (4 ounces) of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until the whipped topping is fully incorporated and no streaks remain.
Fold ¾ cup of the finely chopped toasted pecans into the pecan cream pie mixture until they are evenly distributed.
Spread the pecan cream pie mixture evenly in the ready-made pecan crust.
Top the pecan cream pie with the remaining whipped topping and spread it to all the edges with an offset spatula.
Garnish the center, leaving about an inch around the edge, of the whipped topping with the remaining ¼ cup of toasted finely chopped pecans.
Chill for 6 hours, or up to overnight, to allow the pecan cream pie to set up fully.
