How To make Steamy Smoked Oyster Dip
1 tb Butter Or Regular Margarine
1/2 c Almonds; Sliced
1 c Cream Cheese; Softened
1 tb Milk
1 x Black Pepper; To Taste
1 1/2 t Horseradish; Prepared
2 tb White Onion; Chopped
7 oz Smoked Oysters; *
* Use two 3.6 oz cans of smoked oysters, rinsed, drained and mashed with a fork. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Melt the butter in a frying pan. Brown the almonds, on all sides, in the melted butter and set aside. Beat the cream cheese until smooth then blend in the milk. Add the pepper to taste, horseradish, and chopped onion, blending well. Fold in the oysters and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle the browned almonds on the top and bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Put in a chafing dish and serve hot. Makes about 2 1/4 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Potato Chips, Tortilla Chips, Cheese Crackers, Bell Peppers, Fennel, Zucchini

12 stk Austern
100 g Käse
1 stk Frühlingszwiebeln das Grüne
1/2 scheibe Toast zum Anrösten und Krümeln
100 g Bacon in Knusprige streifen gebraten
100 g Butter
- Smoker auf 200 grad vorheizen.
- Auster bitte vorsichtig mit dem Austernöffner öffnen
- Für 3 min bei 200 grad in den Smoker.
- In jede Auster etwas Butter geben.
- Für Weitere eins bis zwei Minuten garen.
- Käse darüber verteilen und kurz schmelzen lassen.
- Vom Smoker nehmen und 5 Minuten auskühlen lassen.
- Mit BBQ sauce beträufeln, Bacon, Frühlingszwiebeln und Brotkrümel darüber geben und
Guten Appetit.
Das Ganze Rezept funktioniert natürlich auch hervorragend im Backofen.

THE LEGENDARY CHILI GARLIC SAUCE UNLOCKING THE SECRET
Hello guys! Welcome back to my channel. Today I'll show you how to make a chili garlic sauce. This recipe will make your garlic crispy, fiery hot, and flavorful. It will make you eat more.
Chili Garlic Sauce
Cook time: 15 minutes
Prep time: 5 minutes
RECIPE:
100g Red Chili
1cup Dry Chili
3bulb Garlic
2tsp Salt
2tsp Brown Sugar
2TBSP Soy Sauce
2 1/2cup Olive Oil
*Fry garlic until it changes color to yellow, and then add your fresh chili.
*Cook it for 10 minutes in a low heat.
*Add dry chili and brown sugar continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
*Turn off the heat and add the soy sauce.
*Let it cool down before putting it inside the container.
TIPS:
*When chopping the chili you should wear a plastic gloves, so that the heat won't transfer to your hands.
*Fry garlic until it changes the color to yellow, not brown. Brown color of the garlic gives you bitter taste.
