# Iced Water
# Rice Flour 3 tbsp
# All Purpose Flour 3 tbsp
# Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
# Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
# Garlic 1 tsp (Chopped)
# Salt 1 tsp (or to taste)
# Fresh Coriander 2 tbsp
# Egg 1 pcs
# Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup

Spicy Hash Brown For Breakfast | Crispy Hash Brown Recipe | How to make Perfect HASH BROWNS at Home

Ingredients:
1. Potatoes - 5 nos
2. All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1/4 Cup
3. Finely Chopped Chillies - 1 tsp
4. Chopped Garlic - 1 tsp
5. Salt - 3/4 tsp
6. Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
7. Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
8. Chopped Corainder - 1 tbsp
9. Oil - as required to shallow fry
Method -
1. Take medium sized Potatoes and peel the skin off completely.
2. Then with the help of grater, grate all the Potatoes and wash in the Iced Cold Water.
3. Now with the help of Muslin cloth squeeze the Potatoes nicely to completely drain off.
4. Then in mixing bowl, take the squeezed and grated Potatoes, to that add 1/4 cup of All Purpose Flour (Maida), 1 tsp of finely chopped green Chillies, 1 tsp of chopped Garlic and 1 tbsp of chopped Coriander.
5. Followed by 1/4 tsp of Black Pepper Powder, 3/4 tsp of Salt, 1/4 tsp of Red Chilli Powder and mix well.
6. Batter is ready to shallow fry. No need to add any extra Water.
7. In a preheated cooking pan, heat up the Oil to shallow fry.
8. Now take some batter and make any shaped as per your choice.
9. Fry from both the sides until golden and crispy on medium flame.
10. Hash Brown is ready to serve hot.

How to Make Hash Browns - Diner Style Restaurant Hashbrown Recipe
Learn how to make crispy hashbrowns just like you get at a diner! These are super simple and only require a real potato, butter, oil and a technique. That's it. Enjoy!
For one serving of hash browns:
1 (4-5 ounce or 110-140 grams) russet potato
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 Tbsp butter or margarine
Wash and peel the potato. Grate or shred on a box grater or food processor. Do so into a bowl of water to prevent oxidation. Drain and rinse until water runs clear. Spread shredded potato out onto paper towels or a clean kitchen towel. Pat dry and let air dry for 5-10 minutes. In a small frying pan, add oil and butter. Heat over medium-medium high heat. When butter solids start to brown, add shredded potatoes. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes without lifting the lid. When time is up, remove lid, season with salt and pepper and flip. Continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes. Makes 1 serving of hashbrowns. Enjoy!

✅ Ingredients:
• potato – 14 oz | 400 g
• onion – 2 oz | 50 g
• all-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
• 1 egg
• red chili flakes – ¼ tsp
• ground black pepper – ⅓ tsp
• salt – ⅔ tsp
• vegetable oil – 3 fl oz | 80 ml
✅ You will need:
* 2 bowls
* grater
* pan
* carving board
* cheesecloth or cloth napkin
???? Preparation
1. Peel and shred the potatoes, leave them in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes.
2. Chop up the onion.
3. Rinse the potatoes in cold water twice, place them in a clean cloth napkin or cheesecloth and squeeze out any excess liquid.
4. Lay the shredded potatoes in a bowl, add chopped onion, spices, flour and an egg, mix well with a fork.
5. Heat a pan over medium heat, take a spoonful of the mixture and form the pancake-like hash browns in the pan, fry them on each side for 4-5 minutes.
6. Serve hash browns hot with ketchup, sour cream and sauces.
