Mauritian crab soup ( bouillon crap)
Crab soup is a lovely meal that most Mauritians enjoy. Its very simple, not many spices but very flavourful and delicious
You will need:
200 gm crab
3 tbs cooking oil
1 tbs ginger paste
1 tbs garlic paste
2 tbs tomato paste
1 big tomato
Water
Thyme & spring green
Salt & chilli to your taste

Maryland Style Crab Soup
Maryland Crab Soup, chef Frank shows you you to make this regional favorite. Hearty, filling and super satisfying the Baltimore classic is easy to make.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 pound blue crab meat
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced potato
1/2 cup diced onion
3 1/2 cups beef broth
28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup frozen lima beans
1/2 cup canned or frozen corn
2 TBSP old bay
RECIPE
1. In medium pot heat tomatoes and beef broth.
2. Add bay leaf and old bay. simmer 10 minutes.
3. Add corn, peas and onions. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
$. Add crabmeat to each serving rather than to the pot. This will provide fresh tasting soup...enjoy!
