SUB) How To Make The Best Spicy Chili Sauce (HANDMADE) | Szechuan Sauce Recipes
A bottle of simple spicy chili sauce is made by hand without any addition. It is made of selected materials.
She is fresh, fragrant, charming, changeable, and rich, touching your lips with your favorite delicacies up to the depths, and the most wonderful is nothing more than that.
Not to mention that she is a pure handmade girl without any additions, and is a temptation that anyone who loves delicacies cannot control.
Falling in love with someone because of the lingering warmth; Remember a place, perhaps is the unforgettable aftertaste.
Come on, you can take her home too.
How to make:
1. Wash the spicy chilies, remove the stems, and discard any broken chilies or green ones. Wash and dry the ginger. (I've got 8kg+ chilli with 2.5kg+ tender ginger)
2. Dry the washed pepper and ginger. If there is no suitable terrace, spread it out. It's best to use a bamboo dustpan.
3. Chop the ginger, not too fine, just like the big peanut, and put it in a clean pot for later use.
4. Chop the chilies and beat them fine in a blender. (preferably not the whole chili, as you can't add water, so the blender runs idle. Use whatever method you can use to make them very fine)
5 find a clean and dry pot, ginger and pepper guide in, add 0.5kg of dry pepper, add 1.5kg of salt, mix evenly, and add the large pottery pot, it is best to leave the upper part of the space.
6. I used about 2kg of rapeseed oil, ripened the oil (that is, changed to low heat after smoking for a few more minutes), cooled it, poured it into a large clay pot, and sealed the freshly mixed chili sauce with oil. (as long as the oil is covered above to keep it out of contact with air, it can be stored for a long time and keep its bright red color.)
7. Stir-fried meat and vegetables with noodles and dipping spicy chili sauce are ok. If the oil is less, heat some cooking oil to cool and pour it into the bubble. This is the most basic way to do it. You can add other ingredients or adjust the proportion according to your taste. For example, when the oil is getting cold, add some brown sugar to melt away, which will make the color look better.
