BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center of the pumpkin bread.
▪️ Place loaf pan onto a wire cooling rack and let cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan to further cool.
▪️ Slice and enjoy!

▪️ 4 oz cream cheese, softened (I used 1/3 fat)
▪️ 1/4 cup granulated sugar
▪️ 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (if mixture is too runny, add 1 additional tbsp)
▪️ 1 large egg

Pumpkin Bread
▪️ 1 and 2/3 cup self-rising flour
▪️ 1/4 cup granulated sugar
▪️ 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
▪️ 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
▪️ 1/3 cup light brown sugar packed
▪️ 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or applesauce)
▪️ 1/4 cup sour cream (I used light)
▪️ 2 tsp vanilla extract
▪️ 1 large egg

크기가 2배가 될 때까지 따뜻한 곳에서 발효시켜주세요(약 1시간)
16개로 나누어 주세요
10분 동안 기다리세요
160g 모짜렐라치즈
따뜻한 곳에 30분 정도 두세요
우유 (생략 가능)
180℃에서 12 분간 구워주세요

20g (2큰술) 무염버터 7g(1/2큰술) 다진 마늘
15g (1 1/2큰술) Sugar 설탕
단맛이 싫으신 분들은 설탕을 조금 줄여 주세요

How to make Deep Fried Ham and Cheese Rolls | Ham and Cheese Bread Rolls

How to make Ham And Cheese Rolls
Ingredients
8 pieces loaf bread
8 pcs sliced of ham
8 pcs sliced of cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
Cooking oil

Procedure
1. Trim edges of the bread. Then flatten bread using rolling pin or a drinking glass.
2. Top flatten bread with slices of ham and cheese. Roll the bread tightly then secure with toothpick.
3. Dip roll in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry bread roll in batches. Fry until golden brown in color. Drain oil with paper towel. Remove toothpick from the bread.
Serve sliced or as a whole.

Enjoy!
