Directions: Night before begin cooking 2 lbs. chuck roast in crock pot (cook all night). In morning, remove the bones. Add to crockpot the above ingredients. Cook on low heat the rest of day. Add mixture to flour tortillas. Also add refried beans, sour cream, grated cheese with meat. Wrap in foil and bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

In a crockpot add the beef and pork roast, onions, garlic and salt and pepper. Cook on HIGH for 7 hours. Then shred the meat (if you have any fat or bones from the roast remove it). Then add the remaining ingredients (except the tortillas, cheese and sour cream) and mix all together. Then serve in the tortillas with the cheese and sour cream.
