How To make Spanish Lasagne
6 Pieces Lasagne, uncooked
2 ts Vegetable oil
2 Red bell peppers
diced
3 Garlic cloves :
minced
28 oz Canned crushed tomatoes
1/2 ts Salt
10 oz Frozen peas -- thawed
1 pn Saffron
Grated zest of 2 oranges* 3 c Grated mozzarella cheese
-(part-skim), divided
Cook lasagne according to package directions; drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Warm the oil in a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add peppers and garlic. Saute until peppers are very soft. Add tomatoes, saffron, orange zest and salt. Remove from heat and set aside 1 cup of tomato mixture. Spread a little of the tomato mixture in the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Cover with four pieces of lasagne (three lengthwise, one widthwise) and then continue by adding cheese, peas, tomatoes and lasagne. Top with reserved tomatoes and cheese. Bake uncovered until browned on top and bubbly, about 40 minutes. *The "zest" of an orange is the outermost part of the peel. Do NOT use the white part of the peel (the "pith"). (3-4 Personas)
INGREDIENTES:
(Carne)
*300 gr. de carne molida
*1 cucharada de aceite
*1/2 varita de apio en cubitos muy finos
*1 zanahoria en cubitos muy finos
*1/2 cdta. de pimienta molida
*1 pizca de sal.
(Salsa de Tomate)
*1/2 cda. de especias italianas
*1 cdta. de sal
*1 puré de tomate de 1 kg.
*1 puré de tomate pequeño (210 g.)
*1 tza. de agua. (si lo crees necesario)
(Quesos)
*300 grs. de Queso manchego rallado
*1/2 tza. de Queso parmesano desmoronado.
*380 grs. de Queso Cottage.
(Salsa Bechamel)
*1/2 Tza. de harina cernida
*4 cucharadas de mantequilla
*700 ml. de leche caliente. (de preferencia que sea leche entera o semi descremada)
*1/8 cdta. pimienta
*1/2 cdta. de nuez moscada
*1 pizca de sal
(Pasta):
*1 paquete de canelones
*1 cda. de mantequilla
*Agua corriente
*Sal
*Queso manchego rallado para decorar.

*Una cacerola grande con tapadera

Recipe For Lasagna With Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan with homemade meat sauce.
Our easy recipe for making lasagna with layers of homemade meat sauce and noodles, layered with a ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan blend, and then topped with more parm! This recipe is so good, it’s the kind of lasagna you dream about and this homemade lasagna is easy enough for weeknight dinners, it’s perfect for making ahead or and it’s one of my favorites for making two and sharing one with a friend.
Recipe For Lasagna With Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella & Parmesan
2 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon tomato paste
28 oz whole peeled tomatoes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
16 oz ricotta cheese
16 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
1 cup parmesan, grated
1 box lasagna noodles
Recipe For Lasagna With Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella and Parmesan Directions
Homemade Meat Sauce
Brown the ground beef, and drain off any extra fat. Add 1 tablespoon tomato paste, and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, crushing large tomatoes, and stir. Add the spices, stir and simmer for 1 - 2 hours.
Ricotta Cheese Mixture
Mix together the ricotta, mozzarella and 1/2 cup of parmesan.
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions. Remove from water, and let cool laying flat in a single layer on a clean kitchen towel.
Assemble the lasagna in layers. Top with the reserved grated parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove the foil, and return the dish to the oven. Cook for another 15 minutes to brown the cheese on top.
Let sit for 15 -20 minutes before serving.
