How To make Spaghetti with Vegetables
1 Box spaghetti
1 lg Bell pepper
1 lg Onion
4 sm Zucchinis
8 oz Fresh mushrooms
1 Jar Healthy Choice pasta
Sauce x Ff soy parmesan Saute big chunks from a bell pepper, a large onion and 3-4 small zuccinis along with 8 oz slices fresh mushrooms (Is 1/4 tsp extra-vigin olive oil illegal on this board?). Add a jar (sometimes two if I overdid the veggies) of Healthy Choice traditional spaghetti sauce. Serve over thin spaghetti and top with FF paramesan. Easy Veggie Spaghetti - With lots of fresh veggies!
Quick and easy vegetable spaghetti that tastes so good, you won't even realize it's loaded with nutritious veggies. This vegetarian pasta recipe has over 1 ½ pounds of vegetables. ⬇️ Recipe Ingredients are below ⬇️
• 12 ounces spaghetti or pasta of choice
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 cup (140 grams) chopped onion
• 2 medium zucchini, chopped (1/2 pound)
• 2 medium yellow squash, chopped (1/2 pound)
• 3 garlic cloves, minced (1 tablespoon)
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 (28-ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
• One (12-ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (1 heaping cup)
• 2 to 3 teaspoons mushroom powder, optional, see notes
• 5 cups (1/2 pound) spinach leaves
• Handful fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish
• Salt and fresh ground black pepper
• Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast for serving

INGREDIENTS
10 pieces smoked chicken
3-6 scotch bonnet peppers
5 cayenne peppers
1 large red bell pepper
2 large tomatoes
3 onions
300g spaghetti
3 sweet bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
1 teaspoon white pepper powder
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon thyme
I 1/2 teaspoons sazon seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ cup vegetable oil
Spring onions
2-3 seasoning cubes
Salt to taste

Hello everyone today recipe is||Vegetable spaghetti recipe by SiddrahShaikh||Vege spaghetti||
Ingredients:
Carrot: 250gm
Green onion: 250gm
Capsicum: half kg
Cabbage: 250gm
Tomatoes: half kg
salt :As per taste
black pepper: 2tsp
Oil: As needed
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp
Soya sauce : 4 tbsp
Chilli sauce : 5 tbsp
Tomato ketchup: 2 cups
(Option chilli garlic ketchup)
Spaghetti: 1 packet
Water: for boiling
Egg: 3
Process:
Cut all the vegetables,take a pan and fry the eggs, take another pan add tomato paste then add ginger garlic paste 1tsp,salt 1tsp,black pepper 2tsp,add tomato ketchup mix it then add all the vegetables add fry egg and mix it.
Boil the spaghetti take a pan add 1tsp ginger garlic paste, add spaghetti add soya and chilli sauce mix it and add to the vegetable mixture mix well for garnish add the green onion, green chilli (optional) enjoy

▫️spaghetti ???? 1 packet
▫️salt (1 tsp) for boiling
______________________
▫️oil 3-4 tbsp
▫️chopped garlic 1 tbsp
▫️chopped green chillies 1 tbsp
▫️onion 1 medium sized
▫️tomato 1 large
▫️bell pepper 1 cup
▫️carrots 1 cup
▫️cabbage 1 cup
▫️green chillies 2
▫️tomato ketchup 1/3 cup
▫️Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
▫️chili sauce 1 tsp
▫️soy sauce 2 tbsp
▫️black pepper powder 1 tsp
▫️salt 1 tsp or to taste
▫️chili flakes 1 tsp
????????METHOD:
➡️Boil spaghetti with 1 tsp salt according to packet instructions.
➡️Strain it and open the tap water to remove heat as shown in video ( it avoid sticking of noodles together)
➡️In a separate pan, add oil, garlic, Chillies and saute for 30-40 sec.
➡️Add tomato and onions in the pan, saute and cover until tomatoes are soft
➡️ Add vegetables in the pan, mix it well.
➡️ Add ketchup and all sauces and spices.
➡️Mix it well.
➡️Add mixed herbs and serve it hot.????????
