RECIPE for 3 PERSONS
350g linguine
150g crab meat
400g tomatoes sauce
Bounce of parsley
Garlic
2 tbs Evo oil
Salt
1 glass of Prosecco
Habanero spicy peperoncino (optional)
TIPS
- leave the sauce cook for minimum 15 minutes in slow cooking. More it stays, more all the flavors combine in best way. If the sauce will get a bit dry, add pasta water #nofearatall
- Take out the pasta from the water few minutes before is ready and let it “make love” with the incredible sauce of tomatoes and crab. Will give you a big satisfaction.

CAJUN SHRIMP, CRAB MEAT AND SAUSAGE LINGUINE PASTA
INGREDIENTS
1 Maggie cube
1 teaspoon of oil
1 16oz of linguine pasta
1 and 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of shredded Gouda cheese
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan Romano cheese
2oz cream cheese
2 garlic gloves
Roasted red bell peppers
Hot smoked sausage
1 quart heavy whipping cream
Jumbo shrimp
Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of ground chipotle
1/4 teaspoon of Parmesan Romano
1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoons of oil
3 tablespoon of garlic butter
1/2 of frozen spinach
1/2 cup of grab meat
2 tablespoon of garlic butter
1/4 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion power
Garnish
Lime/lemon
Parsley
Step 1
Add water to a pot, 1 cube of (Maggie) chicken Flavored bouillon , and 1 teaspoon of oil. Boil linguine pasta using recipe on the back of the box.
Step 2
When the pasta is done cooking drain it. Add 1 tablespoon of garlic butter , mix pasta well than set it to the side
Step 3
Shred 1 and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese,1/4 cup of gouda cheese, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Set to the side
Step 4
Minced 2 large garlic cloves and set to the side
Step 5
cut up 2 tablespoons of roasted belle peppers set to the side.
Step 6
Cut up hot smoked sausage and set to the side.
Step 7
Add water to a pot and set it on the stove at high heat 7/8 put 1/2 of the frozen spinach in it. Let it boil for about 10 minutes. Strain water from spinach and press down on the spinach so it can release the access water. Set it to the side
Step 8
Remove skin and stomach lining from shrimps. Clean shrimp with 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Rise lime juice from shrimp than pat the shrimps dry.
Step 9
Once the shrimps are all dried up season the shrimps with 1/2 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon of olive oil ,1/4 teaspoon of ground chipotle, 1/4 teaspoon of Parmesan Romano and 1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic
Step 10
Put a skillet on the stove at medium high heat 6/7 and cook the hot smoked sausage about 2 minutes on each side. Take them off the heat and set them to the side
Step 11
Wash that same skillet put it back on the stove at med High heat 6/7 and add 3 tablespoons of garlic butter to it. Than add the shrimps let them cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. One shrimp are done cooking remove them from the skillet and set them to the side.
Step 11
In that same skillet heat still at medium high 6/7 add 2 tablespoons of garlic butter, 1/2 cup of crab meat. Add 1/4 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning, mined garlic, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder and 2 tablespoons of roasted bell peppers
Step 12
Add 1 quart of heavy whipping cream
Step 13
Once the heavy whipping cream get hot add 2oz of cream cheese
Step 14
Once most of the cream cheese has melted into the sauce add 1 and 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of shredded Gouda cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan Romano cheese. Mix well and let all the cheese dissolve into a sauce. Than add the spinach and mix well
Step 15
Add linguini pasta to the Alfredo sauce we just made until the pasta is well coated. Add shrimp and hot smoky sausage to the pot and mix well.
Serves up to 8 to 10 adults

Ingredients
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups diced celery
1 1/2 cups chopped leek whites
1 1/2 cups diced onions
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Pinch dried oregano
2 bay leaves
1 small bunch fresh parsley
1 small bunch fresh thyme
12 blue crabs, backs off and cleaned
1 cup white wine
1 gallon canned crushed plum tomatoes
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
2 pounds linguine
Directions
Combine butter and oil in an 8- to 10-ounce stockpot over medium heat. Add celery, leeks and onions and cook, making sure they do not brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Add garlic, red pepper, oregano, bay leaves, parsley and thyme. Cook just to bring everything together, about 3 minutes.
Add crabs and cook over medium to low heat, covered, stirring often, 8 to 10 minutes. Add white wine and cook until wine is cooked out, about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and 3 to 4 cups water and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add salt, pepper and seafood seasoning to taste.
Boil linguine and pour sauce over top.
