My Sourdough Routine - How I Feed my Sourdough Starter and Use it to Make Pizza Crust
This video was originally a private video for our friends Holly and Miriam, but since no last names were used and there's no location listed, and since the information is actually quite good, and REALLY, since I highly doubt ANYONE will watch this, I'm going to make it public. :)
It's silly and repetitive, and you probably don't need it, but I was thinking of you, so here it is.
WARNING: I say the word so in this video 78 687 376 379 274 times.
The first part is how I use the starter to make pizza crust. After it's sat in the fridge all night, I follow the steps from the video I'll link here and in the cards for you. It's just a matter of making 200gr balls and letting them rest for a few hours, and then how to shape the dough. Patrick (of COURSE that's his name, what else would it be?!) will show you better than I could. ;)
The second part is a long, boring, drawn out and SUPER repetitive thing that could have taken exactly one minute, but which I dragged out to, like, seven or so minutes. Sorry. :)
