Pour into a greased loaf pan. bale 350 for 50-60 minutes or until done. cook 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan. Refrigerate any left overs -----

For this recipe you’ll need: - carrots - apples - dates - nuts and or seeds - sourdough starter - and a few additional ingredients.
**This one uses eggs because I do not know how to bake without eggs YET. But I’ll work on a plant based version and keep you posted.

purefoodnorway.no Preparation: There are two packs: one with sourdough starter and one with bread mixture. - put the sourdough starter into a bowl, add 260 ml of warm water, stir well, cover with foil and make 4 pin holes (to breathe a little). Let it ferment in a warm place around 32°C for 10-12 hours. After 10-12 hours sourdough starter turned into a sparkling liquid with small bubbles and characteristic “sourdough” acidic aroma. Mix the sourdough starter with 220 ml water and content of bag with bread mix, mix well, put it into bread form, let it rise in the warm place for ca 1.5 hours. After dough has risen bake for 1 hour, 210 degrees.
