How To make Sour Cherry Syrup
2 lb Sugar
2 c -Water; up to 3 cups
1 lb Sour cherries
1/4 ts Vanilla
Sharbat-e Albaloo To serve syrups, add a Tbsp to two to a glass, fill with cold or sparkling water and ice. Use only a porcelain or enamel pan. Boil the sugar and water together for 15 to 20 minutes. Add the sour cherries and boil again gently another 20 to
30 minutes or until the syrup thickens. Strain the liquid into a bowl
through a cheesecloth, squeezing the cherries to extract all of the liquid. Add the vanilla extract. Bottle. To serve, add water & ice. Dried sour cherries may be used instead of fresh ones. They should be soaked in cold water 6 hours or longer. Will kept at room temperature as long as the bottle is sealed. Refrigerate after opening. Very simple and easy recipe on how to make homemade Cherry Syrup to use on your Ice creams or in your cocktails and drinks! Also in this video, I'm going to show you how to remove the core from the Cherries with a skewer, without using any special tools.

Ingredients:
• 500g fresh Cherries, with their core removed
• 400g plain sugar (1 and 1/3 cups)
• Lemon Juice from ½ a lemon
• 2 Tbsp Glucose
• 2 Tbsp Water
???? You can add 3 Tbsp Cherry syrup to a glass of water and have a delicious cherry drink!
???? 1 or 2 tsp are enough for a bowl of ice-cream
???? For cocktails ratio, it depends on your creations but you can start with 2 Tbsp. Try it on vodka and cherry!

This delicious and easiest cherry clafoutis is perfect for summer dinner party dessert! It's simplest French dessert I ever made.
6-inch (15cm) Cherry Clafoutis (French Cherry Pie)
Ingredients
200g fresh cherries
2 eggs
2Tbsp (30 g) sugar
3/4cup (180ml) whole milk
1/3cup (45g) all-purpose flour
a little bit of butter
a pinch of powdered sugar
Optional:
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
(350F/180C) Bake 40-45minutes
Notes:
* I like to serve this cherry clafoutis warm as a dessert for the best taste.
* Since fresh cherries are naturally sweet, I reduced amount of sugar in this recipe. If you like a sweeter flavor, you may add more sugar along with other ingredients.

I had a huge cherry harvest this year. Most of the cherries were given away to family to be eaten fresh. But, I saved some to make homemade cherry syrup form my fresh cherries from my tree.

-2 cups brown sugar (or to taste)

Homemade Cherry Syrup
Homemade Cherry Syrup is a great idea to enjoy the taste of even after the Cherry season.
That Cherry Syrup is a wonderful addition to various desserts or pancakes, crepes and waffles.
Even for cocktails or champagne or as a base for delicious lemonade with mineral water or sparkling water!
???????? INGREDIENTS(RECIPE FOR ABOUT 3 LITERS:
• 1 kg pitted cherries
• 1.5 liters of water
• 1.5 kg sugar
• juice of 3 small lemons
• 1 cinnamon stick
According to this recipe, the syrup can be stored unopened for a year in a cool, dark place.
When the syrup has been opened, it stays in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
