How To make Sour Cream Cherry Coffee Cake
WALDINE VAN GEFFEN VGHC42A:
1/4 lb Unsalted butter
1 c Granulated sugar
2 lg Eggs
1 c Fat-free sour cream
2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Pure vanilla extract
1 tb Lemon zest; chop fine
1/2 c Best quality cherry preserve
Preheat oven to 350~. Butter 2 (8") square cake pans. In a large mixer bowl, beat butter with sugar until well combined. Add eggs 1 at a time and beat well. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Batter will be stiff. Stir in the vanilla, zest and preserves. Cream Cheese Coffee Cake
Hey everyone! This cream cheese crumb cake is so good! I feel like it's the perfect coffee cake because it's got buttery cake on the bottom, a cream cheese layer, then a crumb streusel topping. It's good for breakfast, holidays or any time you want a warm comforting dessert.

Cherry Cheese Coffee Cake
2 pkgs. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 pkg. cream cheese,
1/2 cup confectionary sugar,
1tsp. Vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling,
1 egg white, 1 tsp. sugar.
Roll out crescent rolls in a rectangle. Cut 1 inch strips all the way down both sides. You want to leave about 6 inches in the middle. Mix the cream cheese and sugar together and spread down the center. Spoon the Cherry Pie Filling over the top. If you use a fork you will not get all the juice. Fold the crescent rolls as in the video. Mix egg white and 1 tsp. sugar and paint on top of crescent rolls. Bake 350 25-30 minutes.

Cherry Coffee Cake - the most amazing coffee cake, perfect for breakfast, snack or as a dessert with your favorite coffee or tea. It is my go-to cake when i need something fast and easy yet incredibly delicious!
Ingredients:
4 eggs
8.5 oz (240 g) sugar
10.6 oz (300 g) all-purpose flour
0.46 oz (13 g) baking powder
7.05 oz (200 g) greek yogurt (or sour cream)
3.4 us fl oz (100 ml) milk
8.1 us fl oz (240 ml) sunflower oil
14.1 oz (400 g) pitted and halved cherries
powdered sugar
Grease and flour 26cm baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 350 F(180 C).
Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add flour and baking powder (stir in baking powder into the flour).
Combine greek yogurt (or sour cream) and milk and pour it into the egg mixture.
Add oil and mix well to combine.
Pour half of the mixture into the baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 6-7 minutes.
Take the cake out of the oven, spread the cherries over the cake. Pour the second half of the batter over the cherries.
Return to the oven and bake for another 23 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
