How To make Skillet Lasagne
JEAN ALLEN (GRDG72B) Quick and easy... 1 pound Ground beef
1 Envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 pound Ricotta cheese
8 ounce Lasagne noodles
uncooked
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning :
or
oregano 1 tablespoon Dried parsley
salt 1 16 ounce Can crushed tomatoes
1 8 ounce Can tomato sauce
1 cup Water
8 ounce Mozzeralla cheese -- shredded
Brown meat in fry pan and sprinkle with half spaghetti sauce mix. Spoon ricotta over mixture and cover with half the noodles.Add seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Lay on remaining noodles. Push down slightly to moisten. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and let stand 5 minutes.

You can enjoy your homemade version of a meat helping pasta dinner when you make it from scratch. Best of all you can use what you already have in your pantry.

1/2 pound ground Italian sausage or ground beef
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 14.5 ounce can chopped tomatoes
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend
6 to 8 ounces lasagna noodles or other type of pasta
8 ounces ricotta cheese
In a large skillet brown meat, add chopped onion and chopped garlic to skillet. Cook over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Add tomato sauce, chopped tomatoes, 1 cup of water, Italian seasonings, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Break up pasta and toss into the skillet. Cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pasta cooks. If the liquid cooks out, you may need to add an additional 1/4 to 1//2 cup of water. Add ricotta cheese. Stir in cheese if desired. You can top with additional cheese.

1 32 oz Jar Roa's Tomato Basil Sauce or Marinara
2 tbsps tomato paste
1 onion diced
4-5 cloves of minced garlic
2 tsp fresh oregano
8 oz shredded mozzarella
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 lb mild italian sausage
8 oz ricotta cheese
fresh basil for garnish
2 tbsps sugar
All-Purpose Seasoning, Italian Seasoning, Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 cup water
Directions:
Dice garlic and onion and break lasagna noodles into 2 inch pieces. Heat skillet over medium low heat and add 1-2 tbsps olive oil. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add onion and cook an additional 1-2 minutes. Next, add in ground meat and cook until no longer pink. Add 2 tbsps tomato paste and season. Add 1 32 oz jar of pasta sauce and mix to combine. Season to taste and add sugar as needed along with fresh oregano. Add lasagna noodles and 1/4 cup water. Cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove lid and stir. Cover again with a lid and simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Next, shred mozzarella cheese and set aside. Remove lid and add ricotta cheese and cover again - simmering for 5 minutes. Remove lid and mix to combine. Top with Mozzarella cheese and place in the oven under the broiler for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with chopped basil or parsley.

Today I am going to show you a one-pan skillet lasagna. This is probably the easiest way to get your lasagna fix. The best part about this recipe is that it's made in one pan. This is gonna be good!

INGREDIENTS
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 small onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp Italian herb blend
1 tsp salt
1/2 cracked black pepper
3 cups low-sodium beef broth
24 oz jar of marinara sauce
12 oz mini lasagna pasta (or break sheets of lasagna pasta)
8 oz low-moisture mozzarella
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with fresh parsley

Vegetarian Skillet Lasagna
We all love to share meals with our family and friends, which is why San Remo would like to share some delicious pasta recipes with you:
Vegetarian Skillet Lasagna (Serves 4)
Difficulty: 1- Easy
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients-
6 San Remo Traditional Lasagna sheets
4 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 medium eggplant, cut into 1cm cubes
1/4 cup red split lentils
1 tinned tomato
1 bay leaf
12 baby bocconcini
100g mozzarella
20g parmesan
basil for garnish
sea salt & cracked black pepper
Method-
1. Heat skillet over high heat and, cooking in batches, add 1 tbsp olive oil and cook eggplant until browned. Set aside.
2. Add onion and sauté until softened.
3. Add garlic, cook for 1 minute and then add lentils, stir.
4. Add tinned tomato, 1 can water and bay leaf.
5. Bring to the boil, season with salt & pepper, turn down heat, simmer until lentils are cooked, about 20 minutes.
6. Add broken lasagna sheets, cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
7. Add the baby bocconcini and press them in to submerge.
8. Top with mozzarella and parmesan and place under a grill until melted and golden.
9. Garnish with basil and cracked black pepper.
