Shrimp and Artichoke Dip Ingredients:
►1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
►1 Tbsp butter
►salt and pepper to taste
►4 oz cream cheese
►8 oz sour cream (light is ok)
►4 Tbsp unsalted butter
►8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded, divided
►14 oz quartered artichoke hearts, well-drained and chopped
►1 large garlic clove, pressed
►1 Tbsp Tabasco, or to taste

1/2 cup small diced celery
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Small cans of shrimp
Garlic Salt ( to taste )
Seasoned salt ( to taste )
Worcestershire Sauce - few dashes
Mix all ingredients together. Chill before serving.

1 lb large shrimp
8 oz crab meat (lump or claw)
10-12 oz fresh spinach
1 lemon
red pepper flakes
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup half and half or heavy cream
3 tbsps butter
1-2 tbsps flour
2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 diced yellow onion
fresh parsley
1 tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic

Betty demonstrates how to make Deluxe Shrimp Dip. This is a light dip that can be served with crackers or vegetables. It is perfect for summer!
Deluxe Shrimp Dip
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
½ cup sour cream
(2) 4-ounce (drained) cans tiny shrimp (You may use just 1 can, but I recommend 2.)
½ teaspoon lemon juice (You may increase this to 1 teaspoon.)
crackers and/or vegetables for dipping
In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until serving time. To serve, surround dip with crackers and/or prepared vegetables. Serve as a party dip or as an appetizer to a meal. Enjoy! --Betty ♥♥♥

Creole Shrimp Dip Recipe
- 1lb Raw gulf shrimp chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 4-5 cloves of Garlic minced
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Creole Seasonings
- 1/4 cup White Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 8oz Shredded Colby Jack
- 8oz Shredded Mozzarella
- 4oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- Green Onion or Parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Prepare charcoal grill for two zone cooking.
2. Melt butter over direct heat side of grill in a cast iron skillet. Add chopped shrimp & garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in white wine and lemon juice. Season with Creole seasoning to taste.
4. Transfer shrimp mixture to a large mixing bowl and add cream cheese, Colby Jack, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Sour Cream, and Mayo. Stir to combine.
5. Spread mixture into cast iron skillet and cook over indirect side of grill until hot and bubbly about 15 minutes.
6. Garnish with finely chopped green onion and additional Creole seasoning. Serve with toasted baguettes.

Spicy Shrimp Spread
Ingredients2# cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined1C butter, softenedC mayonnaiseZest of one lemonJuice of half lemon2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp each: oregano, dried parsley, chili powder tsp each: salt, ground white pepper, cayenne pepperEquipmentFood processorMixing bowlSpatula/scraperInstructionsIn food processor, process the shrimp until finely ground. Scrape into a mixing bowlFold the softened butter and mayonnaise into the shrimp.Add the lemon zest and juice, Worcestershire Sauce, oregano, parsley, chili powder, salt, white pepper and cayenne pepper to the bowl, stirring until all ingredients are combined.Cover with plastic wrap and chill for one hour, minimum. Spread on toast points or crackers for party appetizers.
