How to Make Shrimp Dip | Shrimp Dip Recipe | Old Bay Seasoning | Easy Appetizers | Cream Cheese Dip
Hey guys! Check out my recipe for how to make Old Bay Shrimp Dip. This dip is so creamy and delicious! You can't go wrong with Old Bay and seafood. This is a must try! It goes well with crackers, chips, or veggies. You could even enjoy it straight off the spoon!
Ingredients:
1 pound of jumbo shrimp
3 blocks of cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1.5 cups of sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of green onions
Old Bay Seasoning (season to taste)
Cajun Seasoning (season to taste)
Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning (season to taste)
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Season shrimp and sauté in olive oil. Allow shrimp to cool. Once cool, cut shrimp to desired size. Set aside.
Mix the cream cheese and mayo. It's easiest to do this with a mixer, but it's definitely not required. Mix until well combined.
Add shrimp to cream cheese mixture. Add shredded cheese and green onions. Taste as you go and adjust seasonings accordingly.
Serve dip with your favorite crackers, chips, or veggies.

Shrimp Scampi Dip
RECIPE:
Shrimp Scampi Dip - One of the best dips I’ve ever had, baked to absolute creamy, cheesy perfection!
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 ounces medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and roughly chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or more, to taste
1/4 cup white wine*
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil a 9-inch baking dish or coat with nonstick spray.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp, garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 2 minutes. Stir in wine and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
3. Bring to a simmer; remove from heat and stir in cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, 1/4 cup mozzarella and Parmesan.
4. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella. Place into oven and bake until bubbly and golden, about 10-12 minutes.
5. Serve immediately.
Spicy Shrimp Spread
Ingredients2# cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined1C butter, softenedC mayonnaiseZest of one lemonJuice of half lemon2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp each: oregano, dried parsley, chili powder tsp each: salt, ground white pepper, cayenne pepperEquipmentFood processorMixing bowlSpatula/scraperInstructionsIn food processor, process the shrimp until finely ground. Scrape into a mixing bowlFold the softened butter and mayonnaise into the shrimp.Add the lemon zest and juice, Worcestershire Sauce, oregano, parsley, chili powder, salt, white pepper and cayenne pepper to the bowl, stirring until all ingredients are combined.Cover with plastic wrap and chill for one hour, minimum. Spread on toast points or crackers for party appetizers.
