3 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
2 ts Mayonnaise
4 1/4 oz Can Shrimp Pieces, Drained
2 tb Mayonnaise
1 tb Lemon Juice
1/4 ts Dill Weed
Sprig Parsley, Stem Removed Place all ingredients in food processor or blender. Process until mixture is smooth. Refrigerate. Serve on crackers or snack rye bread. Yield: 3/4 Cup.

1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup dry white wine (chardonnay) - or veggie broth
2 tbsps roasted garlic (or plain)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup colby jack cheese
AP and Lemon Bae (use your favorite seafood seasoning)
creole seasoning
Baugette:
roasted garlic (or plain)
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsps parsley
garlic and herb seasoning

There are few things greater (gastronomically speaking) than digging into a truly amazing dip. While basically any dip is good, it’s those truly great ones that we really can’t get enough of. This Louisiana shrimp dip is one of those ridiculously incredible dips that will immediately become a favorite of yours. A specialty from the state it’s named after, this shrimp dip has it all: cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, parmesan…oh, and lots of shrimp!

Creole Shrimp Dip Recipe
- 1lb Raw gulf shrimp chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 4-5 cloves of Garlic minced
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Creole Seasonings
- 1/4 cup White Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 8oz Shredded Colby Jack
- 8oz Shredded Mozzarella
- 4oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- Green Onion or Parsley for garnish
Directions:
1. Prepare charcoal grill for two zone cooking.
2. Melt butter over direct heat side of grill in a cast iron skillet. Add chopped shrimp & garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in white wine and lemon juice. Season with Creole seasoning to taste.
4. Transfer shrimp mixture to a large mixing bowl and add cream cheese, Colby Jack, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Sour Cream, and Mayo. Stir to combine.
5. Spread mixture into cast iron skillet and cook over indirect side of grill until hot and bubbly about 15 minutes.
6. Garnish with finely chopped green onion and additional Creole seasoning. Serve with toasted baguettes.

red pepper flakes

2 cups half and half
3 tbsps butter

1 tbsp better than bouillon chicken base (optional)
1/2 diced yellow onion

1 tbsp garlic paste or minced garlic
