It can be hard to create a dish for a work potluck or family function that will be enjoyed by everyone, and still keep you keto. That's why I created this recipe for a keto layered shrimp dip. It's based on a non-keto recipe that I have had at a few parties, but fit my requirements. I wanted it to be easy to make, enjoyable for everyone keto or not, and taste amazing. This keto layered shrimp dip recipe checked all of the boxes.

????️ Ingredients for Creamy Shrimp Scampi Dip:
► 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
► 4 garlic cloves, minced
► Zest of 1 lemon
► 8 ounces large shrimp, peeled, deveined and cut into 1/4 inch pieces*
► Pinch of cayenne pepper
► 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
► Salt and ground black pepper to taste
► 4 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
► 1/4 cup sour cream
► 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
► 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded plus more for topping**
► 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
► 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped plus more for garnish
► Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

1.5 lbs large shrimp
1 onion
1 red and green bell pepper
2-3 stalks of celery
1-2 jalapenos
3 tbsps butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp lobster base
1 tsp worcestershire suace
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup dry white wine (chardonnay) - or veggie broth
2 tbsps roasted garlic (or plain)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup colby jack cheese
AP and Lemon Bae (use your favorite seafood seasoning)
creole seasoning
Baugette:
roasted garlic (or plain)
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbsps parsley
garlic and herb seasoning
salt and pepper
Cheesy Shrimp Dip | Easy Cheesy Shrimp Dip Recipe | MOLCS Easy Recipes
Cheesy Shrimp Dip
350° 35-40 minutes
2 lbs Shrimp - peeled and deveined
6 Cloves Garlic - minced
1/ tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 C White Wine
16 oz Cream Cheese - softened
1/2 C Mayonaise
1 1/2 C Mozzarella Cheese- shredded
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese - grated
Zest of 1 Lemon
2 Lemons - juiced
3 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
Add olive oil to skillet over medium heat, add shrimp, garlic, salt, pepper & pepper flakes, cook
about 4-5 minutes, add white wine & stir for about a minute or so until wine is almost gone.
In separate bowl mix cream cheese, mayonaise, mozzarella, lemon zest & lemon juice, add shrimp and stir
util well mixed.
Transfer to Baking dish.
Bake 350° for 35-40 minutes

How to make Shrimp Po'boys:
Recipe:
1 lb shrimp
1 cup panko
1 cup unsweetened coconut
3/4 cup flour
1 cup buttermilk
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons apricot jam
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1. Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails or not. Add buttermilk to the shrimp and marinate for up to 4 hours.
2. Mix panko, coconut, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
3. Dip each shrimp into flour, then buttermilk, then the panko/coconut mixture.
4. Fry at 350°F for a couple minutes, until golden brown. Place on a rack to cool.
5. For the sauce, mix apricot jam and chili sauce. Add more chili sauce if you prefer it to be more spicy.
