How To make Shirred Eggs(Baked)
6 Eggs
6 tb Dry Sherry
6 tb Light Cream
6 Bacon strips
3 English muffins, toasted
Butter Salt Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Butter the insides of 6 muffin cups in a large muffin tin. Cook bacon until most of the fat is rendered out but bacon is still limp. Place 1 slice each into the bottom of the buttered muffin cups (curl around so that bottom is completely covered. Crack 1 egg into each muffin cup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Place 1 tb each of Dry Sherry and Light cream into each muffin cup. Bake in 350 deg. oven 10 to 15 minutes or until egg is of desired doneness. Serve on halves of English muffins.

1 teaspoon salted butter , softened
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons heavy cream alternatives: milk or half and half
2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
⭐️ Instructions
1) Heat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2) Coat the inside of an 10-ounce oven safe ramekin with the butter.
3) Whisk together the eggs and cream in a small bowl.
4) Stir in the cheeses, salt, and pepper.
5) Pour into the ramekin and bake for 15-18 minutes or until eggs are set.
6) Let cool 5 minutes and enjoy.
⭐️ Expert Tips
A) Add cooked sausage and a pinch of cayenne pepper to your baked eggs for a spicier version.
B) If you'd like to make extras, double the ingredients and use either a larger ramekin or bake the eggs in 2 small ramekins.

Baked Eggs / Simple Shirred Eggs
For me, breakfast is a very important meal, and my family is a big fan of eggs for breakfast :)
Here is a simple recipe that I want to share with you.

Instruction:
Preheat the oven to 380 F. (190 C)
Brush ovenproof ramekins with melted butter (or oil).
Add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to each dish.
Crack one egg into each ramekin and then sprinkle with salt and paprika (or pepper).
Add spring onions (or whatever you like with eggs).
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or cook to desired doneness.
Add a bit of Parmesan and mint on a top.
Serve with toast.

Also called shirred eggs, eggs are cooked in the oven nestled on a bed of mushrooms and spinach, baked with a little drizzle of cream and shower of parmesan.
Serve for breakfast, brunch, or as a light meal anytime of the day! This makes:
- Standard breakfast for 4 people with bread (double up on eggs for more filling option)
- Big breakfast for 2 people (make double in larger ramekin)
