How To make Shells with Tuna, Broccoli, and Red Onion
1/4 c Olive Oil
1/2 c Onion
sliced thin
2 Garlic Cloves :
crushed
6 oz Tuna, Canned
3 tb Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tb Parsley chopped
1 tb Lemon Zest :
grated
1/2 ts Dried Oregano
1/4 ts Black Pepper -- coarsely
Ground 8 oz Medium Pasta Shells
2 c Broccoli Florets And Stems
Cut into 1" pieces
1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over low heat;
stir in onion and garlic; saute 2 minutes (garlic shouldn't brown and onion should be slightly crunchy). Remove from heat; add tuna, lemon juice, parsley, lemon zest, oregano, and black pepper. 2. Cook the shells in plenty of boiling salted water
for 5 minutes; add the broccoli; cook until pasta is al dente and broccoli is tender, 5 to 7 minutes longer. Remove 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water and add to tuna sauce. puff pastry - 600 g (21.16 oz)
cheese cream - 300 g (10.6 oz)
garlic - 2 cloves
feta cheese - 200 g (7 oz)
pressed cheese - 100 g (3.5 oz)
parsley - 20 g (0.7 oz)
eggs - 1 piece
pressed cheese - 50 g (1.76 oz)
Tray size 30 X 40 cm (12 x 16 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F) /25 minutes
for the sauce:
yolks - 4 pieces
melted butter - 100 g (3.5 oz)
lemon juice - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
milk - 50 ml (⅕ cup)
OVER LOW FIRE 2 minutes
spicy paprika - 2 g (0.07 oz)

Tuna Pasta Salad with Chilli & Garlic Infused Tuna - Protein Pitstop
INGREDIENTS -
80g pot of JOHN WEST INFUSIONS Chilli & Garlic Tuna
10 green beans
150g of pasta shells, cooked and refreshed under cold water
25g of fresh rocket
½ a lemon zest
1 tsp of capers
½ a red onion, finely sliced
PREPARATION METHOD -
Our tasty chilli & garlic infused tuna pasta salad recipe does not require very much work. Simply cook the green beans in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes, drain and leave to cool slightly.In a large mixing bowl add the JOHN WEST INFUSIONS Chilli & Garlc Tuna, capers, red onion, warm green beans and lemon and toss together. Now add the pasta shells, fresh rocket and give it one final mix and serve.Feel free to experiment with different herbs and vegetables, or other flavours from our JOHN WEST INFUSIONS Tuna range to make your tuna pasta salad recipe your very own.
Best Pasta Salad Ever????
1 pound Rotini pasta, multicolored
3 cups cherry tomatoes,halfed
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup broccoli, sliced
1/2 cup cucumbers, diced
1/2 cup kalamata(black)olives,sliced
1/4 cup carrot,sliced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 bottle of Wishbone Italian Dressing
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2-3 pinches red pepper flakes (optional)
Boil the pasta according to the directions on the package. Allow to pasta to cool.(You can run cold water over pasta to help it cool faster.)
In a bowl, add and mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate before serving. *In my opinion it taste the best the next day bc everything has marinated over night*
