1 t BAKING POWDER

24 ea SMALL YORK MINT PATTIES
HEAT OVEN TO 350 DEG F. GREASE A 9 X 13" PAN. IN A LARGE BOWL, WITH A SPOON OR WIRE WHISK, STIR TOGETHER BUTTER, SUGAR, AND VANILLA. ADD EGGS; STIR UNTIL WELL BLENDED. STIR IN FLOUR, COCOA, BAKING POWDER AND SALT. BLEND WELL. RESERVE 2 CUPS OF BATTER. SPREAD REMAINING BATTER IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BAKING PAN. ARRANGE MINT PATTIES IN A SINGLE LAYER, ABOUT 1/2 INCH APART, ON THE BATTER. SPREAD RESERVED BATTER OVER THE TOP. BAKE 50 TO 55 MINUTES OR UNTIL brOWNIES START TO PULL FROM
THE EDGE OF THE PAN. COOL COMPLETELY IN THE PAN, ON A WIRE RACK. CUT INTO SQUARES. MAKES ABOUT 36 brOWNIES.

Ingredients :
Eggs 2
Powdered sugar 7 tbsp
Cooking oil 7 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1tsp
All purpose flour /maida 4tbsp
Cocoa powder 3tbsp
Milk 7 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
For frosting :
Tetra pack cream 1/2 cup
Choco chips 1/2 cup
Walnuts
Chocochips for garnish
Pan size 6×3
Baking time :5min in microwave
30 min in oven at 180°C

Walnut Chocolate Brownie Recipe By Cooking Sensation-اخروٹ چاکلیٹ براؤنی کی ترکیب
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup All- purpose flour
- 125 GM Dark chocolate
- 150 GM Butter
- ¼ Cup Coco powder
- 1 & ½ Cup Caster Sugar
- 1 TSP Vanilla essence
- 1 Cup Walnuts
DIRECTIONS:
- Take a bowl, add dark chocolate and butter.
- Put this bowl on a boiler to melt it.
- Take another bowl, add All-purpose flour and coco powder. Mix them well.
- Take another bowl, add eggs and beat them well until foamy.
- Then add caster sugar gradually and beat until creamy texture formed.
- Add vanilla essence and beat.
- Now add chocolate and butter mixture into it and beat well.
- Now add dry ingredients and fold well.
- Then add walnuts and mix well with the spatula.
- Take a pan and grease with oil and put butter paper on it.
- Put the batter on a pan and tap few times.
- Bake at 180 C for 30-35 minutes in pre-heated oven.

اجزاء:
- 3 انڈے
- 1 کپ آل مقصد آٹا
- 125 گرام ڈارک چاکلیٹ
- 150 گرام مکھن
- ¼ کپ کوکو پاؤڈر
- 1 اور ½ کپ کیسٹر شوگر
- 1 چائے کا چمچ ونیلا ایسنس
- 1 کپ اخروٹ
ہدایات:
- ایک پیالے میں ڈارک چاکلیٹ اور مکھن ڈالیں۔
- اس پیالے کو پگھلنے کے لیے بوائلر پر رکھیں۔
- ایک اور پیالہ لیں، اس میں ہمہ مقصدی میدہ اور کوکو پاؤڈر شامل کریں۔ انہیں اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
- ایک اور پیالے میں انڈے ڈالیں اور جھاگ آنے تک اچھی طرح پھینٹیں۔
- پھر آہستہ آہستہ کیسٹر شوگر شامل کریں اور کریمی ساخت بننے تک پیٹیں۔
- ونیلا ایسنس ڈال کر بیٹ کریں۔
اب اس میں چاکلیٹ اور مکھن کا مکسچر ڈال کر اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں۔
- اب خشک اجزاء شامل کریں اور اچھی طرح سے فولڈ کریں۔
اس کے بعد اخروٹ ڈال کر اسپاتولا کے ساتھ اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔
- ایک پین لیں اور تیل سے چکنائی کریں اور اس پر بٹر پیپر ڈال دیں۔
- بیٹر کو پین پر رکھیں اور چند بار تھپتھپائیں۔
- پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 180C پر 30-35 منٹ تک بیک کریں۔
