How To make Semolina Pasta
1 c Semolina flour
1 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Water
Simply mix the semolina and all-purpose flour and gradually add up to a half cup of water till the flour holds together in a ball. Cover and let rest for a half hour to an hour. Divide ball into quarters and roll through machine a quarter at a time. From Thomas P Collins

Pasta Dough Recipe:
300 grams, Semolina
130 grams, Hot Water
Sift flour
Make a well
Add water
Mix the water and slowly incorporate the flour
A rough dough will form, then start to knead for 5 minutes until smooth
Wrap the dough and let it rest for at least an hour before rolling and shaping

Water + Semolina = Pasta 2 Ingredient Pasta Recipe. This is the easiest 2 ingredient no egg pasta recipe there is. With this recipe you can make 2 ingredient spaghetti noodles using just water and semolina flour. No egg pasta noodles recipes can easily be dried and saved for later.
Ingredients:
500g durum semolina + some for dusting
250 - 300 mL water
Method:
Mix water and semolina into a ragged dough.
On a lightly floured (semolina) bench, knead dough for 8-10 minutes.
Rest dough for 10-15 minutes before shaping.
Shape or roll and cut into your desired pasta shapes.
This pasta can be dried and stored.
