Clams Minced And Undrained 1 Tbls Fresh Parsley 1 Tbls Dry Sherry Cook pasta according to directions. Rinse under cold water and seet aside. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add celery, onion, and garlic. Saute 3 minute. Add flour, stir until smooth. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Stir in shrimp, clams, parsley and sherry. Stir in pasta.

Oil Sliced Garlic cloves Sliced Onions Green chili pepper Black pepper Bloody clams Pork cubes Tomato sauce Mama Sita's oyster sauce
Procedures: 1. Heat the pan and put oil. 2. Saute the onions and garlic 3. Don't burn the onions and garlic 4. Season with cracked black pepper and pork cubes. 5. Add Mama Sita's oyster sauce. 6. Add Red bell pepper 7. Mix it very well. 8. Now, Pur the Filipino style tomato sauce 9. Stir and simmer until the sauce thickens. 10. Wash and brush the bloody clams thoroughly 11. Add the bloody clams and simmer 12. Stir occasionally. 13. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. 14. Midway through the cooking tase the sauce and adjust the seasonings as needed. 15. Transfer the cooked bloody clams into a serving bowl or individual bowls.
