I never, ever, ever eat frozen food unless it's ice cream or unless I don't know it (I never eat fast food so it's my guess this is factual)
Join me in the Forest in Flagstaff to make this awesome meal in the Travato that takes 8 minutes, costs $8 and is really as good as any mid level gastro resto.
I was drawn to the marketing in Safeway because there was a video over the display that was very convincing about them being Chef design flash-frozen with a new method. It really seemed new and not just marketing so I figured what the heck, I can waste $8 if it is less than amazing
Honestly, I am so happy I found it.
Savory Shrimps on skillet
In this recipe, cleaned deveined and tail on( though I have kept the tail on , you can always remove the tail) shrimps are marinated in the sauce prepared out of honey, soy sauce and herbs. They are then just shallow fried on a skillet using butter.

Savory Skillet Sensation: Perfect for Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner!

Ingredients:
2 medium-sized potatoes, cut into fries shapes
1 tablespoon of oil
2 mushrooms, finely chopped
1 shallot, finely chopped
4-5 slices of prosciutto or bacon
A small bunch of parsley, chopped
4 eggs
Butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Fry Potatoes: Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet. Fry the potato fries until golden brown, then remove them from the skillet and set aside.
2. Prepare Vegetables: Finely chop the mushrooms and shallot.
3. Cook Vegetables: In the same skillet with the leftover oil, cook the mushrooms for 2 minutes, then add the shallots and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
4. Prepare Prosciutto/Bacon: Wrap the prosciutto or bacon in plastic wrap and cut into 1.5-inch chunks.
5. Combine Ingredients: Return the potatoes to the skillet. Add the prosciutto or bacon chunks.
6. Add Parsley: Chop the parsley and set aside.
7. Make Space for Eggs: Make four wells in the skillet with a spatula. Add a small piece of butter to each well.
8. Cook Eggs: Crack an egg into each well. Cook covered for 2-3 minutes, or until the eggs are done to your liking.
9. Final Touch: Sprinkle with chopped parsley, turn off the heat, and cover for about a minute to let the flavors meld.
