In this easy cooking video, I make some chicken and rice in my crockpot, or slow cooker. The ingredients I used in this easy crock pot recipe are 2 cups of water, 2 cups of rice, 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 1 tablespoon onion powder, and pepper to taste. I also used 4 chicken thighs and seasoned them with Kinder's Mild BBQ Rub. The cooking time is about 3 1/2 hours on high.

4 chicken Breast salt and pepper Seasoning of choice ( I used a dash or 2 of Dry Ranch Seasoning but did not mention it) 1 6oz box stove top stuffing 1/2 cup sour cream 1/3 cup of chicken broth 1 can cream of chicken soup
Put all of the ingredients in the crock pot on low for 4-5 hours Or until done
