How to Make Meatballs in Minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
2/3 cup Milk or Beef Broth (for tenderness and moist)
1 lb Ground Beef or your choice of meat
1/4 medium Onion finely diced or grated
2 cloves Garlic minced
1 large Egg beaten
1 tsp Salt or to taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp fresh Parsley

INGREDIENTS
2 bags of Italian style meatballs
1 bottle of 40oz Honey sweet baby ray’s BBQ sauce
1 cup of grape jelly
1/4 teaspoon Adobo
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 can 8oz Pineapple chunks (optional)
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Place meatballs in a aluminum tray and season them with 1/4 teaspoon Adobo, 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning,1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt, 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoons of garlic powder. Mix well
Step 3
Place the meatballs in the oven for 20 minutes
Step 3
In a bowl combine 1 container of sweet baby ray’s bbq sauce and 1 cup of great jelly mix well
Step 4
Remove meatballs from the stove and the the bbq sauce mixture and mix well until all the meatballs are well coated with the bbq sauce.
Step 5
Place meatballs back in the oven for another 20 mins
Step 6
Remove meatballs from the stove sparkle, some fresh parsley on the top for garnish
Enjoy

These Korean BBQ meatballs are the ultimate dinner recipe when you don't have time to cook. Sweet, savory and spicy meatballs that served with rice.

Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
1 lb. (450g) Ground beef
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/2 cup (g) Breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Gochujang paste (Korean chili paste)
1 Egg
1/4 cup Green onions, thinly sliced
Cooking spray
For the sauce:
1/4 cup (50g) Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Gochujang paste
1 tablespoon Grated garlic
1 tablespoon Grated ginger
1/3 cup (80ml) Soy sauce (low sodium)
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
3/4 cup (180ml) Water
2 teaspoons Cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water
For garnish:
Sesame seeds
Spring onions
For serving:
Cooked rice
Directions:
1. Make the meatballs: preheat oven to 450F (220C).
2. in a large bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, Gochujang paste, egg and breadcrumbs.
3. Form into balls and place the balls in a baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
4. Make the sauce: I a skillet/pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add grated ginger and grated garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add brown sugar, Gochujang paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, water and mix well. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
5. Meanwhile in a small bowl mix cornstarch and water. Pour the mixture into sauce, cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickens.
6. Add the meatballs, reduce the heat to low and cook for 3-4 minutes. Cover the meatballs with the sauce.
7. Turn the heat off, sprinkle some sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
8. Serve with rice.

I love anything Korean-BBQ style and I really love meatballs, so I knew I was going to love these, and I really did! This recipe, adapted from one by Kay Chun, is very sweet, and spicy, and a little salty, but also profoundly savory and satisfying. Enjoy!

Moist meatballs: the secret to making them juicy and tasty!
INGREDIENTS
500g (1 pound) ground meat (beef+pork);
1 egg;
60g (¼ cup) parmesan;
30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil;
1 garlic clove, minced;
5g (2 tbsp) parsley, chopped;
30g (½ cup) fresh breadcrumbs;
30ml (2 tbsp) milk;
salt and pepper to taste;
all-purpose flour for dredging;
120ml (½ cup) dry white wine;
120ml (½ cup) water.
METHOD
In a large bowl mix together ground meat, egg, parmesan, garlic, olive oil, parsley, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Form the meat mixture into balls and dredge each one in flour.
Heat some more olive oil in a pan and cook meatballs for 5 minutes per side, or until crispy and golden.
Pour wine and water into the pan of meatballs and cook on low heat for 10 minutes more.
