Ingredients
Sausages of choice
2 Onion diced
400g tin of chopped tomatoes
2 x 400g tin beans of choice
2 cloves garlic, crushed optional
1tsp dried Thyme
1 tsp dried Oregano
½ tbsp paprika
400ml beef stock
2 tbsp tomato puree
½ cup water
1 tbsp sugar
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash Worcestershire sauce optional
Serving suggestion: Serve with mashed potato and green veg.

Cajun Green Beans with Sausage and Potatoes
Cajun Green Beans
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 lb sausage kielbasa or smoke sausage, sliced ¼ thick
• 2 lbs baby creamer potatoes, washed, sliced in half
• 2 15 oz cans green beans, drained
• ⅛ cup olive oil
• 1 cup onions, chopped
• 3 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp pepper
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes
• ¼ cup water
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400° and spray a 9×13 baking dish with a non stick spray.
2. Wash creamer potatoes, cut in half and add to a bowl
3. In a large frying pan, add sausage, onions and garlic and oil and cook over medium high heat until sausages have browned
4. Remove sausage and onions from pan and add to bowl
5. Add oil, seasonings, pepper and red pepper flakes. Stir to coat.
6. Add green beans to bowl stir and pour into prepared baking dish.
7. Cover with foil and place in the oven. Bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender

Crock Pot Smoked Sausage & Potatoes -Simple and Delicious
Simple crock pot smoked sausage recipe!
4-5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 - 15 oz (30 oz total) cans green beans
1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
Desired salt and pepper
Layer potatoes, green beans, and sausage into crockpot. Then take butter and place on top. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until potatoes are tender and not mushy. Serve and enjoy.

Sausage & Potato. Green Bean Casserole
Sausage & Potato Green Bean Casserole.
What you need:
1pkg of Turkey sausage or Smoked Sausage
2 Cans of Glory Seasoned Southern Style Green Beans & Potatoes for Small family 2-4, use 4 cans if Large family 4-6
2 Cans of sliced Potatoes- cut into pieces or cubed cans if available
1 8oz bag of Parmesan cheese
1 bag of cubed Colby Jack cheese
1 small onion sliced
1 Cup of chopped green peppers frozen or fresh
1 Cup milk
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 stick of unsalted butter
3 Tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp olive oil or oil of choice
How to prepare:
Slice Sausage into round slices. Add 1 Tbsp of oil to skillet. Heat to Med/High and brown sausage. Add sliced onion and green pepper to skillet and cook until onion and green pepper are sauted.
Pre heat oven to 350.
In 11x13 baking dish place green beans and potatoes, drain juice off of canned potatoes. Add sausage mix and stir well. Add cubed Colby Jack cheese and stir well.
Make Cheese sauce:
In medium saucepan melt 1/2 stick of butter on Med. heat. Add 1 Cup milk and sour cream. Stir well until smooth. Add 1/4 tsp of Garlic powder and 1/2 tsp of pepper stir well. Add 3Tbsp of Flour, mix well until dissolved, add bag of Parmesan cheese stir until mixed well, sauce will be thick. Do not over cook, remove from heat right away after cheese is mixed.
Pour cheese sauce on top of Green Beans and potatoes. Mix well. Cover dish with foil and bake for 45 mins. When the dish is done baking, remove foil and stir. Place back into oven for 15 mins. and cook without foil.
Remove from oven and enjoy????
The video shows paprika in ingredients and salt. Also shows 1/2 tsp of Garlic powder. After making this dish we decided this is not necessary because the seasoning on the green beans. We lowered garlic powder to 1/4 tsp. Do not add salt or it will taste too salty. Hope you enjoy!
