How To make Saucy Beef Stew
2 lb Stewing beef, cubed
1/4 c Flour (all purpose)
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper
2 c Beef stock
1/2 c Dry red wine
1 cn Tomatoes 14oz drained
5 Carrots, sliced
2 Onions, sliced
1 1/2 c Mushrooms, sliced (1/4 lb)
1/2 ts Rosemary, crushed and dried
In a bag, toss beef with flour, salt and pepper. Arange beef on a baking sheet; bake in 500 F (260 C) oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Meanwhile in a large Dutch oven, combine beef-stock, wine, carrots, onions mushrooms and rosemary, breaking up tomatoes with a fork; bring to the boil. Add browned beef; bake in 300 F (150 C) oven for 2 hours or until beef is tender.

✅ INGREDIENTS
**To boil the beef**
- 1 lb beef
- 1.5 cups, water
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
**To make the stew**
- 3 plum tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 habanero pepper
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup beef stock/broth
- 1 tbsp bouillon powder
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp curry
- salt to taste
✅ INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil beef with salt and black pepper, for 20-25 minutes.
- Blend the tomatoes, bell pepper, habanero pepper, and half an onion together.
- Chop the other half of the onion.
- Pour olive oil into a pan and when heated, add the chopped onions and stir till it’s wilted.
- Add the blended tomato and pepper mixture and black pepper and stir.
- Boil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Add the beef and 1/2 cup of stock and mix together.
- Add a little more broth if needed, till it has enough of a stew-like consistency.
- Add the thyme, bouillon powder, and curry. Taste for salt before adding any.
- Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes on medium-low heat.

Hello lovelies, this week we are making Sausage stew and this one is to die for. I have been really waiting to share this recipe and finally its here and I can't well explain how this is soooo good until you try it.
Ingredients:
- 10 to 12 Spicy beef sausages
-1 medium red bell pepper( use half)
-1 medium green bell pepper(use half)
-1 medium yellow bell pepper(use half)
-1 medium white onion(use half)
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-2 tomatoes, blended
-1-1/2 tbsp tomato paste
-2tbsp dark soy sauce
-1 beef cube
-1 tsp garam masala
-1 tsp paprika powder
-1/2tsp ground black pepper
-1/4 tsp chilli flakes(optional)
-1 cup water or beef broth
