How To make Sandi's Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Cake
Sandi Brooks wfcj53b 1 ts Salt 1/4 lb Butter 1 ts Baking powder
1 c Sugar 1 ts Baking soda
2 Eggs 1 ts Vanilla
1 c +2T sour cream 12 oz Pkg semi sweet choc chips
2 c Flour 1/4 c Cinnamon sugar
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time. Add the sour cream and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Sift together the dry ingredients. I usually just blend them instead of sifting. Add them to the creamed mixture. Mix well. Spoon about 1/2 the batter into a greased 10" tube pan. Sprinkle batter with Choc. Chips. I use enough to ALMOST cover the batter. Spoon the rest of the batter over the Choc. Chips. Sprinkle with remaining Chips and Cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. I upload new videos every Monday and Thursday. These cookies are absolutely delicious. Nice and soft. Yum.
2 c. C&H sugar
1 c. shortening
Cream together
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs
1/2 t. almond extract
Add & mix well.
In separate blow, mix:
5 c. Bob's Red Mill flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Add to wet ingredients and mix well.
Dough will be sticky. Put in plastic bag in fridge for a few hours.
Roll out and cut out circles. In each circle, add 1/2 tsp. raspberry jam and a few sliced almonds. Fold over like a taco and seal.
Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool
Mix 1 to 1-1/2 c. C&H powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. almond extract
Mix and drizzle on cooled cookies. Enjoy!

Cookie:
1.5 c. sour cream
1 c. butter (room temp)
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1.5 t. vanilla
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
5 1/2 c. flour
Filling:
red raspberry preserves
sliced almonds
Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
1 t. almond extract (my family discussed it afterwards and agreed that the almond is better for the glaze)
2 T. milk

Bake at 120 degree (thermometer oven) for 60 Minutes or more (depends on your oven )

Malzemeler
210gr Un
60gr Kakao tozu
1/2 çay kaşığı Tuz
1 tatlı kaşığı Karbonat
1.5 çay kaşığı Kabartma tozu
200gr Toz şeker
1 paket Vanilya şekeri
2 büyük Yumurta
170gr Ekşi krema
120ml Süt
100ml Sıvı yağ
250gr Çikolata
Pişirme: Fırınınızı önceden 218°C ısıtın .
218°C fırında 6dk kekleri pişirin daha sonra fırının ısısını 175°C düşürün ve yaklaşık 14dk daha pişirin , kürdanla kontrol edebilirsiniz keke batırdığınız kürdanın temiz çıkması gerekir.
Muffins sayısı: 12
Not1: Fırının kapağını sürekli açmayın kekinizin sönmemesi için.
Not2: Mikser kullanmayın spatula kullanın ve fazla karıştırmayın kekiniz söner.
Ingredients
210g All-purpose flour
60g Cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
200g Granulated sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla sugar
2 large Eggs
170g Sour cream
120ml Milk
100ml Vegetable oil
250g Chocolate
Preheat oven to 218°C.
Bake at 218°C for 6 minutes then reduce to 175°C and continue baking for about 14 minutes or until the centers are set, a toothpick or skewer inserted in the center will come out clean.
Servings: 12 muffins
Note1: Don't open the oven door or you risk the muffins deflating!
Note2: Don't use an electric mixer or you have a high chance of overmixing the batter. Just use a spatula and mix until everything is just combined.
