Potato Pinwheels Samosa that is baked and delicious!
Ingredients:
For Dough Preparation:
Step 1: Choose your ingredients.
Step 2: Scale your ingredients.
Step 3: Incorporate Your Flour and Milk, Butter, and Yeast
Step 4: Incorporate Salt and Develop Gluten (I.E. Knead)
Step 5: Cover Your Dough, it's Rising Time.
For Potatoes Filling Preparation:
Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes boiled and mashed
ginger garlic paste
1 onion, finely chopped
Fresh coriander and Green Chili Crushed
1 Bowl bt Corn
1.5 tsp crushed Red Chili
1.5 tsp Black Paper
3/4 tsp (0.75 tsp) or more salt
1/2 to 1 tsp Paprika powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp oil
1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a pan, heat oil, add the chopped onion and green chilies. Sauté until the onion turns golden brown.
Add the fresh coriander and all dried herbs Mix well.
Add the mashed potatoes and mix until well combined. Cook for 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.
Roll out the dough and round it.
Spread the potato mixture into dough. Roll up the dough tightly, like a Swiss roll, and cut them into 1-inch thick slices.
Place the slices on a baking tray lined with butter paper.
Brush the beaten egg over the slices on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pinwheels are golden brown.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
