How To make Crescent Samosa Sandwiches
FILLING:
1 tb Oil
1/2 c Finely chopped onion
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 lb Lean ground beef
1 c Diced cooked potato
1/2 c Diced cooked carrot
1/2 c Green Giant Frozen Sweet
-peas, thawed 5 ts Soy sauce
1 ts Curry powder
1/2 ts Cumin
1/4 ts Coriander
1/4 ts Ginger
1/4 ts Turmeric
1 ds Crushed red pepper flakes
CRESCENTS:
2 8 oz cans Pillsbury
-Refrigerated Crescent -Dinner Rolls HONEY DIPPING SAUCE:
1/3 c Honey
1 tb Lime juice
1 tb Soy sauce
1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
2 Garlic cloves, minced
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and 2 minced garlic cloves; cook and stir about 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Remove from pan. Add ground beef; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until browned. Drain. Stir in onion mixture and remaining filling ingredients. Season to taste with salt, if desired. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate one can of dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. (Keep remaining can refrigerated until ready to use.) Cut rectangles in half crosswise to form 8 squares. Spoon heaping tablespoonful of filling in center of each square. Fold one corner of dough over filling to form a triangular packet; firmly press edges to seal. Repeat with remaining can of dough and filling. Place on two ungreased cookie sheets. If desired, sprinkle triangles with cumin. Bake on middle oven racks at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown, switching positions of sheets halfway through baking. Meanwhile, in small bowl combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Serve warm sandwiches with dipping sauce. (1/2 cup sauce)

Ingredients:
20 K&N’s Bologna Slice
1 cup Beans (boiled)
¼ cup onion paste
1 Tsp garlic (chopped)
¼ cup tomato puree
salt to taste
½ tsp white pepper
½ tsp red chili flakes
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp oregano
1 cup mashed potato
½ cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 egg (Beaten)
2-3 Tbsp Oil
Dough Ingredients
3 cup Flour
3 Tsp Baking powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Warm water as required (for kneading)
Method:
Dough Preparation:
1- Combine flour, baking powder, salt and oil in a bowl.
2- gradually add warm water and knead a soft medium dough.
3- Apply some oil over the dough, cover it with a cling wrap and rest for 25 mins.
1- Prepare the K&N’s Bologna Slices as per the instructions on the pack.
2- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion paste and saute it for 1-2 minutes.
3- Add tomato puree and cook it for 2 more minutes add all seasonings.
4- Add boiled beans, mashed potatoes and mix it well.
5- Now roll out the dough and cut 4 long rectangles and apply water over all sides.
6- Place 3 K&N’s Bologna Slices then put some potato beans filling, some Mozzarella cheese and then put 3 more K&N’s Bologna Slices. Now cover it with another dough layer and seal the sides with the help of a fork .
7- Apply egg wash and bake at 180°c for 12-15 mins.
Preparation Time: 15 mins
Cooking Time: 25 mins
Serve: 3-4

اوریگینو آدھا چائے کا چمچ
آلو (میشڈ) 1 کپ
موزریلا چیز آدھا کپ
انڈہ(پھینٹا ہوا) 1عدد
کھانے کا تیل 2-3کھانے کے چمچ
ڈو کے اجزاء:
میدہ 3کپ
بیکنگ پاؤڈر 3چائے کے چمچ
نمک 1چائے کا چمچ
زیتون کا تیل 1کھانے کا چمچ
گرم پانی حسبِ ضرورت
ترکیب:
ڈو تیاری:
ایک باؤل میں میدہ ، بیکنگ پاؤڈر ، نمک اور کھانے کا تیلڈال لیں۔
پھر تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے گرم پانی ڈال کر گوندھ لیں اور نرم ڈو بنا لیں۔
اب ڈو پر ہلکا سا آئل لگائیں اور 25منٹ کے لئے ڈھک کر رکھ دیں۔
پیکٹ پر دی گئی ہدایات کے مطابق K&N's Bologna Slicesتیار کریں۔
ایک برتن میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کریں اس میں لہسن، پیاز پیسٹ ڈال کر 1-2منٹ بھون لیں۔
اب اس میں پسے ہوئے ٹماٹر ڈال کر 2منٹ تک پکائیں اور تمام مصالحے ڈال دیں۔
ابلا ہوا لوبیا اور میشڈآلوڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
اب ڈو کو پتلا کر لیں اور 4لمبے چورس پیس بنا لیں اور چاروں طرف پانی لگا لیں۔
پھر اس چورس پیس پر 2 K&N's Bologna Slices ، موزریلا چیز ، آلو مکسچر ، پھر موزریلا چیزاور 2 K&N's Bologna Slices رکھیں۔
اب اس کو ڈو کے ساتھ کور کر کے کانٹے کے ساتھ سائیڈز کو اچھی طرح بند کر لیں۔
اب سینڈوچز کو بیکنگ ٹرے میں رکھ کر انڈہ برش کے ساتھ لگائیں اور 180cپر 12-15منٹ بیک کریں۔
