Quick and easy salmon recipe! Salmon with lemon sauce a delight! I've never eaten such a delicious salmon! Incredibly fragrant and delicious recipe, you will enjoy every flavor of this recipe, it cooks quickly and will please all members of your family.
Ingredient List:
cherry tomatoes - 100 g
heavy cream - 150 ml
salmon fillet - 2 pcs
lemon - 1 pc (juice)
olive oil - 2 tbsp
garlic - 3 cloves
parsley - 10 g
thyme - 0.5 g
butter - 25 g
pepper - 1 g
salt - 2 g
Preparation:
Cut parsley - 10 g.
Cut garlic - 3 cloves.
Cut cherry tomatoes - 100 g.
Squeeze lemon - 1 pc.
Add over salmon fillets - 2 pcs, salt - 2 g, pepper - 1 g.
Add to a pan, olive oil - 2 tbsp, butter - 25 g.
Add salmon fillets - 2 pcs, cook for 2 minutes on both sides, remove.
Add to pan, cherry tomatoes - 100 g, cook for 3 minutes.
Add to pan, garlic - 3 cloves, cook for 1 minute.
Add to pan, heavy cream - 150 ml, lemon - 1 pc (juice), mix.
Add to pan, salmon fillets - 2 pcs, thyme - 0.5 g, cook for 5 minutes.
Season with parsley - 10 g.
