Ingredients for about 10 Rolls:
Yeast Dough:
250g flour / 7oz
100g Whole milk /3,5 oz
12g dry yeast / 2 teaspoons
24g Butter / .85 oz
24g Sugar /.85 oz
1 Egg
3g Salt / one teaspoon
1 Dash Vanilla extract
Lemon Zest of one Lemon
Filling:
52g whole milk / 1.8oz
12g sugar / about a tablespoon
12g Honey / about a teaspoon
10g Butter / .35oz
24g Breadcrumbs or Panko / .85oz
60g ground poppy seeds / 2.1oz
One tablespoon of plum jam
2 shots of Rosewater/Rum/Whiskey
One teaspoon of Cinnamon
