Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Water as required
-Namak (Salt) 1 tbs
-Mario’s Pasta Lasagne 12-16 sheets
Prepare White sauce:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ½ tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Cream ½ Cup
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
Prepare Red Sauce with Mince:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (White onion) chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Qeema (Mince) Beef 500g (lean)
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) pureed 5 medium (approx. 2 Cups)
-Water ¼ Cup
-Fresh basil leaves chopped 10-12
Assembling:
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Dried oregano
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-In a pot,add,water,salt,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add mario’s pasta,lasagna and boil for 5-7 minutes then strain & rinse with tap water & set aside.
Prepare White Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,all-purpose flour & mix well for 30 seconds.
-Add milk,whisk well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,add black pepper powder,garlic powder,dried oregano,salt & whisk well.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Red Sauce with Mince:
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add salt,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,dried oregano,tomato paste,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add pureed tomatoes and mix well.
-Add water,fresh basil leaves & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 14-15 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
Assembling:
-In 9 x 9 inch baking dish,add & spread red sauce,place boiled lasagna sheets,red sauce,white sauce, cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,red sauce,white sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,red sauce,white sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,dried oregano & red chilli crushed.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes or until cheese melts.
-Sprinkle fresh parsley & serve!

-Pot mein pani aur namak da ker ache tarhan mix karein & ubal anay lein.
-Mario’s pasta lasagna dal dein aur 5-7 minutes kliya boil ker lein phir strain ker ka tap water sa rinse ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare White Sauce:
-Saucepan mein cooking oil aur maida dal dein aur 30 seconds kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,dried oregano aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Red Sauce with Mince:
-Saucepan mein cooking oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.
-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano aur tomato paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pureed tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pani aur fresh basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 14-15 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho ajnay tak paka lein.
Assembling:
-9 x 9 inch baking dish mein red sauce dal ker pheela lein,boiled lasagna sheets laga lein,red sauce,white sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,red sauce,white sauce,cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese,lasagna sheets,red sauce,white sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,dried oregano & red chilli crushed dal dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 20-25 minutes ya cheese melt ho janay tak bake ker lein.
-Fresh parsley dal ker serve karein!

Lasagna
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
For lasagna preparation:
-Water 8-10 cups
-Salt 1 tsp
-Sufi cooking oil 1 tbs
-Lasagna sheets 1 pack
For White sauce:
-Butter 2 tbs
-Flour 2 tbs
-Milk 2 cups
-Salt 1 tsp
-Black pepper 1 tsp
-Cheddar cheese 75 gms
-Oregano 1 tsp
For Red sauce:
-Oil 2 tbs
-Onion 1 (chopped)
-Garlic 1 tsp
-Ginger 1 tsp
-Tomato puree ½ cup
-Pizza sauce 1 cup
-Oregano 2 pinches
For stuffing & layering:
-Simply Sufi Seekh Kabab 12 pieces (you can add and less quantity).
-Cheddar cheese 1 tabs for each layer.
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required.
Directions:
For lasagna preparation:
-In a pot,add 8-10 cups of water, salt and oil. Bring it to boil and add lasagna sheet and boil for 5-6 minutes.
-Strain water and rinse sheets with cold water.
-Sprinkle dash of oil to avoid sticking of sheets together.
For White sauce:
-Put a pan on medium flame, add butter and melt it than add flour in it and gently stir and turn off the flame.
-Add milk and keep stirring for 4-5 minutes to avoid lumps.
-Now on flame and continuous stir till the sauce thickens.
-Add salt, pepper, cheddar cheese and stir.
-Add oregano and mix well and set aside. (You can add milk if mixture becomes thick)
For Red Sauce:
-In a frying pan,add oil,onion,garlic and ginger sauté for a minute.
-Add pizza sauce and tomato puree and mix well.
-Add oregano and give it a good mix.
Simply Sufi seekh kabab:
-Cut seekh kabab into ½ inch ring style.
For Layering:
-In a baking dish,add red sauce in base of baking dish and then put lasagna sheets (according to baking dish length & width)one by one on it, add red sauce on top of lasagna sheet.
-Now arrange a layer of Simply Sufi Seekh kabab rings on it then put 2-3tbs white sauce (not more than 3 tbs.), then sprinkle cheddar cheese then put lasagna sheets and repeat same steps and spread a layer of grated mozzarella cheese.
For Baking:
-Preheat oven on 180 degrees.
-Bake lasagna for 30-45 minutes.
-Once golden crust of mozzarella appears on the top then turn off the oven. Put baking dish aside and cut lasagna into square shape and now it’s ready to serve.

-Sheets ko chaan ker thanda pani sa rinse ker len.
-Sheets per oil laga lein.
For White sauce:
-Pan ko darmiyani ancch per rakh k makhan melt ker len ab is mein maida dal ker mix karen aur chulha bund ker den.
-Doodh shamil karein aur musalsal mix kertay jayen 4-5 minutes kliya ta k lumps na banayen.
-Namak,kali mirch aur chedder cheese dal ker mix ker len.
-Oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix karen aur side per rakh dein.(agar mixture garha ho jaye tou doodh shamil ker len).
For Red Sauce:
-Frying pan mein oil,pyaz,adrak aur lehsan dal ker saute ker len.
-Pizza sauce aur tomato sauce dal ker mix karen.
-Oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix ker len.
Simply Sufi seekh kabab:
-Seekh kabab ko ½ inch ring style mein cut ker len.
For Layering:
-Baking dish ki base mein red sauce dal ker pheela den,us k upper lasagna sheets ek,ek ker k rakh dein,dubara sa red sauce dal ker us k upper lasagna sheets rakh den.
-Simple Sufi Seekh kabab rings rakh ker us k upper 2-3 tbs white sauce dal dein (3tbs sa ziyada nahi dalna hai), cheddar cheese dal den us k upper lasagna sheets rakh dein,yehe steps dubara karein,akhir mein mozzarella cheese ki layer lagayen.
For Baking:
-Oven ko pre heat ker len 180C per.
-Lasagna ko 30-45 minutes kliya bake ker len.
-Jaisa he mozzarella ki crust golden ho jaye oven ko bund ker den.Baking dish ko oven sa bahir nikal ker square shape mein cut ker k serve karen.
