How to make the yummiest soft and fluffy cheesy Ensaymada.
Here's what you'll need:
1 large egg
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
3 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour (406g)
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (7g)
1/3 cup unsalted butter (70g)
Buttercream topping:
1/3 cup softened butter (70g)
1/3 cup icing sugar (50g)
Grated cheddar cheese for toppings
SPANISH:
Esto es lo que necesitará:
1 huevo grande
1 taza de leche tibia (250 ml)
1/4 taza de azúcar (50 g)
1 cucharadita de sal (5 g)
3 y 1/4 taza de harina para todo uso (406 g)

Aderezo de crema de mantequilla:

Water 60g, milk 100g, instant dry yeast 6g, sugar 40g, salt 6g, 1 egg,
Bread flour 350g, butter 52g
When using a stand mixer (depending on the stand mixer specifications)
1. Add all ingredients except butter.
2. Mix 2~3 minutes on low speed.
3. Mix 5-6 minutes at medium speed
4. Add butter.
5. Mix 5-6 minutes at medium speed

Water, milk, eggs: use cold in summer
Water, milk, eggs: room temperature in winter

Red and White Ribbon Loaf || The Complete Holiday Cookbook 1969
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup milk
3 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
4 slices cucumber
4 pimiento strips
Sprinkle gelatin on milk in saucepan to soften. Place over low heat, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in cheese, celery, and onion. Alternate cucumber and pimento on bottom of loaf pan. Spoon in half the cheese mixture. Chill until slightly firm.
Aspic layer:
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 10-3/4 oz can condensed tomato soup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried dill leaves
1/2 cup cooked shrimp
1/4 cup diced green pepper
Sprinkle gelatin on cold water in saucepan to soften. Place over low heat, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in soup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and dill. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour on cheese layer. Top with remaining cheese mixture. Chill until firm, about three hours. Unmold, serve on salad greens. Serves 6-8.

Rainbow Loaf Bread Recipe.
A colourful loaf on a cloudy day
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups bread flour
2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon butter
Rainbow food coloring
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine bread dough ingredients and kneed until a dough is formed.
Separate into 7 pieces and color each one with a different color.
Stretch each colored dough piece into a rectangle.
Stack all the colored dough pieces, and roll.
Place roll inside a loaf pan with seam on the bottom.
Preheat oven to 100 degrees.
Place roll in oven for 45 minutes.
Remove and increase oven temperature to 350 degrees.
Cover bread and bake for another 30 minutes.
Cut into slices.
Egg Sandwich
I can't believe anyone would make egg sandwiches with anything other than soft boiled eggs! Hard boiled = rubbery little white bits in the creamy filling. No thanks!
