8 oz Hershey's Milk Chocolate 1 1/2 c Peanut Butter, Divided Melt 8 oz Hersey's milk chocolate bar with 1/2 cup peanut butter. Melt 1 cup peanut butter in measuring cup set in a pan of boiling water. Cut cupcake papers down to about the size for the Reese's cups and place in cupcake tin. Put about 1 T. of melted choc mixture, let set for 20 min then place 1 T peanut butter on choc. let set for 10 minutes then place 1 more T of choc on top and let set.

Did you know that you can make them at home? They really are quite easy to make and I think every bit as good. All that is required is to melt some chocolate, place a little in a candy cup, top with a little peanut butter mixture, and then drop a little more chocolate on top. What you end up with is a shell of chocolate with a smooth and creamy peanut butter filling inside. So delicious that you may want to make a double batch.

homemade reeses’s peanut butter cups #shorts
homemade healthier reese’s peanut butter cups ???????? they’re gluten free, dairy free, paleo, and refined sugar free, and soo good.
if you’re allergic to peanuts or don’t prefer them, feel free to use whatever nut or seed butter you prefer! use sunflower seed butter to keep the recipe nut free.
ingredients •1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter) •2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey •2 tbsp coconut flour •1/2 tsp salt (if using unsalted nut butter) •1/2 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips (i used dairy free)
instructions 1. line 8 regular muffin tins with paper liners (or 24 mini muffin tins). 2. melt your chocolate then brush/paint the bottom of the paper liners with melted chocolate (i painted the chocolate 1/3 way up the liners using a pastry brush). 3. place in the fridge until completely hardened. while the chocolate hardens, make the peanut butter filling. 4. add the peanut butter, sweetener, coconut flour, and salt to a small dish and mix well. the mixture should be firm and hold together. if it's too runny, add more coconut flour. if it's too stiff, add more peanut butter or sweetener. 5. once the chocolate layer is hardened, place a spoonful of peanut butter filling over each chocolate shell. gently press the peanut butter filling down and smooth it out so it touches all of the sides of the paper lines. 6. spoon the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer. place the peanut butter cups back in the fridge until everything is hardened, at least 1 hour. 7. enjoy straight from the fridge! store in the fridge or freezer.
