How To make Recess Peanut Butter Cups
6 oz Pkg semi sweet chocolate
-chips 4 Nestles milk chocolate bars
1 1/4 c Peanut butter
Makes: 24 tiny/12 large Put choc chips, choc bars, and 1/4 c peanut butter in top of double boiler over HOT, not boiling water, stirring till smooth. Use small muffin tin liners, or cut regular cupcake liners down to a 1" depth. Spoon HALF of the chocolate mixture equally into the liners. Melt the rest of the peanut butter over hot water, and spoon this equally over the chocolate layer. Top with remaining chocolate. Refrigerate to allow cups to set up before serving.

Homemade Peanut Butter Cups Recipe/ Healthy Reese Cups
Reese Peanut Butter Cups are my favorite candy and this healthy recipe will allow you to indulge without the guilt. This healthy peanut butter cup recipe only has 4 simple ingredients. This homemade Reese Cup recipe makes a healthy snack or healthy dessert recipe that you will love. They get messy as they thaw, so I prefer to eat them as a cold freezer treat. Like a healthy ice cream treat.
Non-stick silicone muffin pan:
Non-stick silicone muffin pans- set of 2:
Silicone muffin cup singles (pack of 18):
Homemade Peanut Butter Cups Recipe:
- 1 cup peanut butter (natural shelf peanut butter)
- 4 TBSP honey (raw honey is best)
- 4.5 ounces dark chocolate bars which is 1/2 cup (or semi sweet morsels or milk chocolate)
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
1. Mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
2. Put peanut butter mixture in the freezer while making chocolate mixture. (10-15 minutes)
3. Mix chocolate and coconut oil. (if using bars, break into small pieces)
4. Melt chocolate mixture in the microwave in 1 minute intervals until completely melted.
5. Remove Peanut butter mixture from freezer and form into patties.
6. Add small spoonful of chocolate to the bottom of silicone muffin pan
7. Place peanut butter patty on top of chocolate and top with more chocolate until complete covered.
8. Place in freezer for 30 minutes or until solid.
9. Pop out of silicone molds and put in freezer bag to store in the freezer or refrigerator.
10. ENJOY!

No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Cups
Prep Time: 5 mins
Freeze Time: 3 hours
Servings: 10
Ingredients: Cups:
• 1 cup Rolled Oats
• 1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
• 1/4 cup Almond Flour (Oat flour works too)
• 1/2 cup pure Maple Syrup (Honey works too)
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
Chocolate Topping:
• 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
• 2 tbs Natural Peanut Butter
• Flake Salt
Instructions: Cups:
1. In a medium bowl, combine your oats, almond flour, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
2. Line a muffin tray with 10 muffin liners, and transfer your mixture evenly. Flatten them out as best you can.
3. Place your tray in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Chocolate Topping:
1. In a small pot over low heat, melt your chocolate chips and peanut butter, stirring constantly until you have smooth and melted consistency.
2. Remove the tray from the freezer, and add about 1-2 tbs of your chocolate and peanut butter mixture to each cup, and smooth it out.
3. Top them off with a sprinkle of flaky salt, and freeze for another hour, then enjoy!
