How To make Rasta Pasta
4 oz Angel hair,
1/4 c Olive oil
1 sm Onion, diced
2 cl Garlic, minced
2 tb Ginger, minced
1 ea Chile pepper, seeded &
-- minced 2 c Pumpkin, diced
1 c Stock
1 c Coconut milk
1 ts Coriander
1 ts Cumin
1/2 ts Thyme
1/2 ts White pepper
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Allspice
1/2 ts Salt
1 ea Bell pepper, chopped
4 ea Mushrooms, chopped
1/2 ea Zucchini, chopped
1/4 c Corn, kernels
4 ea Broccoli, blanched
Cook pasta, set aside. Heat the oil over medium heat, add onion, garlic, ginger, and chile pepper and saute 4-5 mins. Add pumpkin and water to pan and cook 15-20 mins, until pumpkin is tender. Add coconut milk, coriander, cumin, thyme, white pepper, nutmeg, allspice, and salt and simmer anoterh 4-5 mins. Place in food processor and process until smooth. Heat remaining oil and pepper, mushrooms, and zucchini. Saute 5 mins. Add corn and broccoli and saute 2 mins. Pour pumpkin sauce into skillet and stir. Bring to a simmer. Cook 1 minute; add pasta. Serve steaming.

Hey guys I just wanted to share this Tutorial on how to make my Easy Jerk Shrimp Pasta with You guys. As always the steps are very easy to follow and you really don’t need any kitchen experience to be able to pull this off. Ingredients List

500g - 1kg jumbo shrimp
300g penne pasta
1/2 Red and Green bell pepper
3 garlic cloves minced
Parsely to garnish
2 spring onions chopped
1 tbs oil to fry shrimp
1 tbs oil to sauté veggies
To season shrimp

1 tbs jerk seasoning
1 tsp old bay (can use all purpose seasoning)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp green seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
For Sauce

2 cups double cream
1 1/2 - 2 cups grated cheese
1 tsp jerk seasoning (optional)
1 tsp old bay
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp all purpose seasoning

2 tsp. Sugar

1 tsp. dried Parsley

Honey Jerk Salmon Recipe
Ingredients List

2 salmon fillets (cut into pieces or leave whole)
1/2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp jerk seasoning (use more or less to preference)
1/4 tsp gravy browning (optional)
1 tbsp honey
250g pasta cooked in 1/2 tsp salt and 3 cups water
1-2 tbsp butter
1 mini red green and yellow bell pepper or chilies
1/2 small white onion
1/2 tsp minded garlic
1/2 can coconut milk
1/2 cup double cream
1 handful of your favorite cheese (I used nature cheddar and Parmesan)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
Parsley for garnishing

Hey foodies! This right here is an explosion of flavour! Just a reminder...Authentic Jerk Chicken is done over pimento wood however marinating your chicken well will allow you to at least enjoy some of the deliciousness of JERK. You may grill the chicken if you prefer.???? Enjoooyy!
INGREDIENTS:
2 boneless chicken breasts, rinsed with lemon juice and cool water
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsps wet Jerk seasoning
1 tbsp green seasoning
3/4 tbsp Chicken seasoning(Use a Caribbean brand)
1 1/2 tsp Paprika
Black pepper to taste
2 1/2 cups dry penne pasta
1 1/4 tbsps Vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 heaped tbsp minced scallion
Bell peppers (3 colours ideally)
3 cloves garlic
2 1/2 tsps Paprika
2 tsps Green seasoning
1 tbsp Jerk SAUCE
1 1/2 tsp Chicken seasoning
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1 1/2 - 2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
About 3 slices Yellow Cheddar
About 4 slices Mozzarella
Black pepper to taste
