2/3 c Ketchup 1/4 t Cayenne pepper 1/8 t Pepper 1/8 t Garlic powder 1/8 t Chili powder Cut ribs into easy to handle portions. Cook in boiling water until tender, about 1 hour. Drain, Cool. Rajun Cajun Sauce: Combine all 5 ingredients together in small bowl. Brush over ribs. Place ribs on grill over medium-hot heat. Turn and baste often, about 10 minutes until well glazed and hot. Serves 4. More heat can be added to suit your taste. Just add more cayenne pepper.

Spicy Ragin’ Cajun Catfish on the Weber w/ Slow n’ Sear
In this video I grill bake some fresh caught catfish on my Weber Kettle with the Slow n’ Sear. Recipe: Ingredients- Catfish filets, Olive Oil, Ragin’ Cajun Rub (see recipe link below)
Directions-Coat each filet with olive oil and rub grill indirect at about 350°-375°F for approximately 25 minutes until fish becomes flakey and reaches a minimum in thermal temperature of 145°F. (63°C)
