I find some of my favorite foods by experimenting with fresh takes of old favorites. Ribs are one of my family’s staple meals. I love cooking them, and we all love eating them. I decided to use my new rub to grill up a Cajun-inspired take on baby back ribs. With a little flavoring and grilling them low and slow, I’m expecting this recipe to be tender and flavorful. If you love ribs, you’ll love these. Let’s get started!

►FULL RECIPE ► _________________________________________________ Grab a hold of these smoked Spicy Cajun Pork Ribs and you won’t want to let go. Each juicy bite is crispy and savory, hitting you with heat. Unlike traditional BBQ, these pork ribs skip the sugar and focus on herbal, earthy flavors with chiles.
These baby back ribs are cooked hot and fast on the Yoder YS640s at 300°F. Hot and fast ribs produce a nice, crispy bark with juicy meat on the inside. If you have the right grill, you'll get plenty of smoke flavor.
The mop sauce adds a nice savory touch while keeping the pork ribs moist during the cook. These Cajun ribs are juicy, meaty, smoky, and irresistible.
