Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion diced
1 (14 oz) can fire-roasted tomatoes
3 garlic cloves minced
2 small (150 g) carrots peeled and diced
1 medium (135 g) potato peeled and diced
1 tsp oregano dried
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
Red pepper flakes to taste
2 bay leaves (optional)
2 cups vegetable broth
2 (14 oz) cans pinto beans drained and rinsed
Salt and pepper to taste

????????Cuban Black Beans????????
Want next-level black beans loaded with island flavor? This easy-peasy recipe is done in 25 minutes or less, and you probably have everything you need to make it in your kitchen right now! Cilantro is not traditional in Cuban black beans, but we love it.
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp neutral oil
1 small onion, finely minced
6 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/3 cup bell pepper, finely minced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
2 (15-oz) cans of black beans, drained
1 cup water, or more if needed
2 bay leaves
3/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp red wine vinegar
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
METHOD
1. Add oil to a medium-sized pot on medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper and cook 3-4 minutes.
2. Add beans, bay leaves, cumin, oregano, red wine vinegar, water, salt and black pepper, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for around 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust water and seasoning, to preference. Enjoy!

hey guys and dolls here is a quick and delicious black bean recipe, i used can beans but you can also use freshly cooked beans. it has a touch of cuban touch to it, i didn't have a bay leaf but if you are gonna try out this recipe i advice you in using a bay leaf.
i used 2 cans
1tsp vinegar
1tbs of my homemade sofrito
dash of powder garlic
half a package of powder smoked ham flavoring or if you have a ham hock on hand
