Incredible Chicken Quesadillas are packed with juicy chicken, peppers, onions, and lots of melty cheese. They are an easy and delicious, perfect for those hectic weeknights.
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken thighs
4 tortillas
2 tablespoon olive (divided)
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon creole seasoning
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried pepper flakes
8 ounces Taco Bell Mexi-Melt cheese
4 ounce mild cheddar cheese
1/2 onion
1/2 cup green/red bell peppers

10g/4tsp Cheese powder
Black pepper
120g/1/4pc Onion
3pcs Bacon
3tbsp Corn
3tbsp Peas
18cm Tortilla 6pcs
Pizza tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese

cooking suggestions:
1. Potatoes can also be cooked in a pot, it will be faster than steaming, it takes about 10 minutes
2. If there is no cheese powder, please add 1/4tsp of salt instead
3. If you don’t have bacon, you can use ham sausage instead. If you use ham sausage, add a spoonful of oil.
