2/3 c Flour,all-purpose 2/3 c Milk 2 Eggs 1 cn Blueberry pie filling (21oz) 1 Nectarine,pitted and sliced Generously grease the bottom and sides of a 9" pie pan; set aside. DO NOT USE NONSTICK SPRAY COATING. In a small mixing bowl combine flour, milk and eggs. eat well. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake in a 425'F oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till puffed and golden. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan heat pie filling until warm. Spoon onto center of puffed pancake. Top with nectarine slices. To serve, cut pancake into wedges with a table knife. If desired, garnish with peppermint leaves.

1- Whisk together 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. 2- Add 200 ml of milk, 1 + ¼ cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tsp of baking powder and 2 tsp vanilla powder. Beat until you have a smooth batter. 3- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. 4- Gently pour about 1 tbsp of batter onto the hot pan. 5- Wait until the bubbles form on the surface and once they start popping, flip the pancake over and cook until both sides are golden. 6- Repeat until all the batter is used up. 7- Once both sides are golden, transfer to a serving plate! 8- Hope you enjoy!

Fluffy and Delicious Japanese street food! $1 Cheap ingredients! Easy homemade Souffle pancake! No baking powder Ingredients 2pcs Egg 20ml (4 tsp) Milk 30g (3.3 tbsp) All-purpose flour 1.25ml (1/4 tsp) Vanilla extract (optional) 25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
Important tips 1. I used the all-purpose flour in here, you can also use cake flour to make 2. There are 25 grams (2 tbsp) of Sugar in total. Split it into 3 times to add. 3. Whip the egg whites to dry peaks, so the pancakes will come out thicker 4. All the way low heat, about 5 minutes on each side, you can either add a small spoonful of water or not.
