1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes with -- onions and peppers 2 slices turkey bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces 1 carton frozen egg product, thawed or 4 eggs 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons salsa In a 1-quart microwave-safe casserole mix potatoes and bacon. Cover and cook on 100% power (high) for 3 to 5 minutes or till tender, stirring once. Beat eggs and salt; add to potatoes. Cook uncovered on high for 1 to 3 minutes or till almost set, pushing cooked egg to center after 1 minute, then every 15 seconds. Top with cheese; let stand 1 minute. Serve with salsa. Serves 2.

In this video I will show you make Potato and Egg Scramble for breakfast. This recipe has the main ingredients: potatoes, eggs, bacon and cheese. It's a very easy to make and very delicious menu. I hope everyone will like my recipe today. How to make Potato & Egg Scramble Ingredients 250 g leftover potatoes 60 g bacon, cut into small pieces 100 g diced zucchini 2 tbsp grated gouda cheese 1 small onion, diced 3 eggs 1 tablespoon cooking oil A little salt A little ground pepper
Steps 1.In a bowl, crack in eggs and season with salt, ground pepper and garlic powder. Mix it well and set aside. 2.In a flying pan on over medium high heat, pour in 1 tbsp cooking oil. 3.Once the oil is hot, stir in the bacon, onion, zucchini and leftover potatoes. 4.Sauté all ingredients for about 5 minutes. 5.Season with salt and ground pepper. 6.Pour in the beaten eggs. 7.Add in the gouda cheese. 8.Sauté the ingredients together until the eggs are cooked for about 1 minute. 12 strips of bacon cooked and diced
Bell peppers of different colors, diced

2 tbsps butter
2 tsps oil (add more if necessary)
1 tbsp butter for the eggs
4 - 5 eggs
1/2 cup - 1 shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella
