How To make Potato, Onion, and Rosemary Casserole
1/4 c butter
2 lg onions
thinly sliced
2 tbsps fresh rosemary :
snipped
1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp freshly ground pepper
4 med baking potatoes -- thinly sliced
1 c half and half
Preheat oven to 350=B0. Heat butter in 10-inch skillet until melted. Stir in onions, rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until onion is very soft and begins to brown, about 20 minutes. Arrange half of the potato slices in greased 10 x1 1/2" pie plate. Top with half the onion mixture. Repeat layers. Pour half and half over top. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Uncover and cook until top is golden brown, about 20 minutes longer. Cut into wedges to serve.

2 cloves fresh garlic
1 medium white onion, chopped
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 1/4 cups milk
1 cup water
8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 lb low-sodium bacon, chopped and cooked
Salt & pepper to taste
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Panko Topping:
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 oz fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano, grated

2-3 lbs Bone-in Skin On Chicken Thighs
Avocado Oil
1 Onion
1 Red and Green Bell Pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1.5 tsps dried oregano (or italian seasoning)
2 cups long grain white rice (sub cauliflower rice for keto)
4 cups chicken broth/stock
1 tbsp better than bouillon chicken base
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cayenne
smoked paprika, adobo
Fresh chopped parsley
Fresh thyme
2 tbsps butter
Directions:
Season chicken generously on all sides and prep veggies. Heat skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil, and sear chicken for 1-2 minutes per side or until skin is golden brown. Remove chicken and add butter and veggies. Cook veggies until they begin to get tender and then add chicken base. Add rice and mix to combine. Toast rice for 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with white wine or chicken stock. Bring to a simmer and then add chicken broth. Bring back to a simmer and add chicken. (Add thyme here) Cover with a lid and reduce heat to a gentle simmer for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and rice is done. Season to taste and garnish with parsley.

salt Liquid sunflower oil A little sugar
Hello, ladies and gentlemen, everybody happy days
Peeled potato Small onions Peeled carrots Boned chicken buttocks
First chop carrots crosswise
Prepare the carrots to be the same size as the small bulbs
Materials are always big when you are boiling in turkey
Chop potatoes large
Chop potatoes in large pieces and keep in the water
Divide chicken into two or three pieces and prepare
This meal will total a hundred people
I am preparing a piece to be two pieces
You can prepare this dish from chicken baguette or arm parts
Chicken pieces must be boned
Add some salt to the boiling water
Add chickens carefully and mix
Cook chicken in boiling salted water for about ten minutes
Add liquid sunflower oil into the pot
Add chopped carrots to warmed oil
Add a few bay leaves
We will not use this water that we boiled the chickens, we will add a special sauce separately
Add small onions
You can cook the onions faster by keeping the cover closed,
Add some water
Cook potatoes in salt water
Remove the chickens from the water and place them in the deep tray
We are preparing the blinded seaweed of your meal
Add a pot of oil
Add wheat flour and mix
Medium fire stir in flour
Add some rosemary a little curry
Add some powder ginger
Add salt and add boiling water
Optionally add one liter of cold milk into the creamy consistency
We combine the ingredients we cook
Add the sauce you prepared
It will be better to bake it for fifteen minutes like this
You can add something to the table while you are serving it
A healthy meal that is perfect on the plate as a form that does not need to be added
