Garlic Butter Shrimp
This succulent Garlic Butter Shrimp is perfect as an appetizer or as a full meal! It’s also extremely quick and easy to make and ready in less than 20 minutes. The shrimp are lovingly pan-fried in an amazing garlicky butter, with a hint of heat from red pepper flakes.

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter unsalted
6 cloves garlic minced
1 pound shrimp large or jumbo, shelled
¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
¼ cup fresh parsley chopped

Garlic hammered into steak!
RECIPE:
6-8 oz flank steak, top round, top sirloin
1 garlic clove
1-1/5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 bayleaf (optional)
1 bread roll

(For six sandwiches you would need about2
2.5 to 3 pounds of steak)
1. Thinly slice the garlic
2. Cut the bay leaf into large pieces
3. Trim the steak, and if your steak is thick cut it into 1/4 inch slices
4. Thoroughly tenderize the steak with a meat tenderizing hammer. It should be about an 1/8 inch thick.
5. Gently nail the garlic and bay leaf into the steak.
6. Preheat a saute pan and put in the olive oil. Gently place the steak garlic side down. Cook about 1 minute on each side.
7. Remove the steak from the pan and toast the bread in the pan with the steak juices. Add more olive oil if needed.
8. Enjoy

Ingredients -
400g - Red Bell Peppers, Roughly Chopped
6 - Birds Eye Chillies, Roughly Chopped (Seeds Included)
4 - Long Red Chillies, Roughly Chopped (Seeds Included)
1 - Spanish Onion (Red Onion), Peeled and Roughly Chopped
5 Cloves - Garlic, Peeled and Roughly Chopped
Zest of half a Lemon
Juice of half a Lemon
1/4 Cup (60ml) - Red Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp (4g) - Smoked Paprika
1 1/2 tsp (3g) - Dried Oregano
2 tsp - Sea Salt
1 tsp - Ground Black Pepper
2 - Bay Leaves
For when the sauce is cooked -
1/4 Cup (60ml) - Red Wine Vinegar
Zest of half a Lemon
Juice of half a Lemon
1/2 Cup (120ml) - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
