How To make Popcorn Crunch
2 qt Popped corn
1 1/2 c Pecan halves
2/3 c Whole almonds
1 1/3 c Sugar
1/2 c Light corn syrup
1 c Margarine
Dipping Chocolate (optional) Mix together popped corn and nuts. In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and margarine. Bring to a boil, and boil 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly. When mixture turns light caramel in color, remove from heat, and stir in popcorn and nuts. Spread out on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Break apart when cool. INGREDIENTS
2 bags popcorn, made per package directions (about 10 cups)
6 tablespoons salted butter
3 cups mini marshmallows
¾ cup white chocolate candy melts
mini M&M’s candy (red and green)
peanut M&M’s candy (red and green)
red and green sprinkles
1 cup pretzels, broken in half
INSTRUCTIONS
Line an 11 x 17 baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pop the popcorn bags per package instructions.
Spread popped popcorn over the parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add the mini marshmallows and white chocolate to the butter mixture. Stir until melted and no lumps remain. Remove from heat.
Pour ¾ of the butter mixture over the popcorn. Toss to coat.
Pour the remaining butter mixture over the popcorn and sprinkle the mini M&M’s candy, peanut M&M’s candy, sprinkles, and the broken pretzels over the butter mixture.
Let cool completely before serving.

Strawberries and Cream Crunch Popcorn

Pop 1/2 cup popcorn to make 12 cups.
Divide into two large bowl with 6 cups popcorn in each.
Toppings:
1 cup melted white chocolate
1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
(Or any toppings to your liking)
Recipe for crumble:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 stick butter, softened
1.5 oz strawberry jello
In a small mixing bowl combine all ingredients using a fork. Mash together until well combined. Mixture should look like wet sand and when squeezed together holds it shape.

1 tsp vanilla extract
In a small mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for vanilla extract. Mash together using a fork until well combined. Mixture should look like wet sand and when squeezed together holds it shape.
Place both mixtures on a buttered baking pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix together and cool until needed.
Strawberry candy mixture:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp corn syrup
1.5 oz strawberry jello
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp water
Pinch of salt
In small saucepan combine all ingredients over medium high heat and bring to a boil. Cook sugar for 3 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Mix until combined and immediately pour over popcorn.
Vanilla candy mixture:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp water
Pinch of salt
In small saucepan combine all ingredients (except vanilla) over medium high heat and bring to a boil. Cook sugar for 3 minutes. DONOT stir on you bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and immediately pour over popcorn.
Stir popcorn until evenly coated with candy mixture, trying not to crush the popcorn. You have to work fast because candy mixture will at fast.
Spread coated popcorn on a greased baking sheets and bake for 1 hour, tossing every 15 minutes (4 times).
In large bowl combine popcorn, freeze-dried strawberries and crumble, toss together. Drizzle with white chocolate and toss until evenly coated.
